German Tuner Hartge Takes on BMW X6

The German tuner Hartge has revealed its plans for the BMW X6. Their intended package for the X6 includes a performance upgrade, additional technical changes, newly designed rims, and several interior refinements. In short, it's going to be a totally tweaked out car. The performance upgrade sees a supplementary control unit fitted in the engine compartment, which boost the power output of the X6 xDrive 40d from 306 horsepower to 354 horsepower.

This also allows it to go from 0 to 60 mph 0.6 seconds faster, while top speed has been increased to 154 mph. The exterior saw PU-RIM inserts in the back and two stainless steel tail pieces with quadrilateral tail pipes. Another Hartge accessory is the sports spring set, while Hartge emblems were placed on the hood and trunk. Inside, the tuner used special carbon interior trim for the dashboard, consoles and panels, as well as a Hartge three-spoke leather steering wheel. We told you the tuned product would be pretty much a new car.
