There's probably rules limiting power like in WRC Maybe the 2 turbos are there because it gives them that power quicker than a naturally aspirated or single turbo diesel

@Kyle He could easily. It didn't take him that long to master his even more beastly Fiesta rally car. If he could handle an 800hp monster, I'm sure he could easily handle a 315hp diesel
