Description: The covers of the 2011-specification Fiesta RS World Rally Car were lifted recently at the Autosport International Racing Car Show in Birmingham, England. The reveal includes a look at the new color s...Add Comments0
Tyler WatkinsJan 21, 2011 Plus like 5 medals in X-games, multiple wins in rally America, 5 straight years of winning the rally in the 100 acre wood (which is a record), and multiple 2nd place finishes over all in rally America
Tyler WatkinsJan 21, 2011 Blocks beat finish in WRC is 9th and considering he's been racing for like 5 years and its his first year at what's the basically F1 of rally...he really ain't doin to bad..........
Patrick SchalkJan 21, 2011 Ok. He has all those sponsors for nothing
Will ConoverJan 20, 2011 Ya but not as much and they win when they don't crash
Patrick SchalkJan 20, 2011 Well every driver is gonna crash at one point of another. What do you expect when you have a little 600hp Fiesta and all that safety equipment in the world? Balls to the wall baby!
Will ConoverJan 20, 2011 @ Patrick he also has a talent of crashing
Anthony SurdoJan 20, 2011 I wish Ken Block didn't leave Subaru for Ford. Ford makes really good rally cars but I just like the sti better
Patrick SchalkJan 20, 2011 Yeah the dude has balls and isn't scared of anything. Mix that with his talent and he could do some awesome things aside from gymkhana. I'm still waiting for Ricky Bobby to move to rally stuff :)
Max HartjesJan 20, 2011 Andy you are right (and i think you spelled it well), but i think he hass the skills to grow.
Andy RogersJan 20, 2011 I also don't see Kimi Raikonen (most likely spelt that wrong) doing very well in WRC either. I doubt Ken Block will get very far in WRC, but again, at least he's over there representing the US
Andy RogersJan 20, 2011 It's a whole new learning curve for him. For example, I don't see Juan Pablo Montoya dominating NASCAR after his F1 career, 2 completely different styles of racing in completely different cars
Andy RogersJan 20, 2011 Ken Block is not used to WRC type rallying. He's used to the stunt type stuff. Put it this way, at least he's over there. How many other American drivers are competing in Euro stuff? Not many, Block is the only well known one I think
Will ConoverJan 19, 2011 It's Ken block that let's down ford other drivers always win with the ford
Patrick SchalkJan 19, 2011 Actually the Ford team and the Raptor won Dakar this year so that's definitely a huge step. I like to see the US get into rally stuff. It's awesome.
Andy RogersJan 19, 2011 Not saying Group A and modern WRC aren't hard to do and exciting to watch. Just saying Group B and previous was better, harder, and more exciting
Andy RogersJan 19, 2011 And considering Ford has won the WRC more times than Mitsubishi and the same amount of times as Subaru, I'd say they're good to go. Its not like Subaru and Mitsubishi ever competed in the REAL rallying anyways, aka Group B and previous
Andy RogersJan 19, 2011 @Albert
Yeah they should just stick to NASCAR, ALMS, LM, FIA GT3, SCCA, etc., etc.
Albert EinsteinsJan 19, 2011 I am really sorry but I think ford is a huge underdog when u compare it to the Japanese and the European rally teams .... I mean even the US rally team uses Subaru and not An American car
Will ConoverJan 19, 2011 It's like a normal rally stage plus a Segway. Any other rally driver couldve done it
Description: The car was initially previewed and unveiling in September at the 2010 Paris Motor Show, but in that unveiling the car was in blue and grey colors, and developed specifically for the show by Ford of E...Add Comments0
Stephen SpackmanOct 24, 2011 A fair few ignorant morons posting on here i see. Leave sport out of politics.
Andy RogersJan 23, 2011 Yep, pretty much. That's why the US will never win the World Cup because the 3rd world rigs it. My dad's best friend went to Brazil and a guy told him who's going to win the next few years. Brazil will again in a few years
Mike HawkJan 23, 2011 Damned if we do, and damned if we don't. That's America in a nutshell.
And all the stuff in between gets ignored or tucked away in top secret classified data banks
Andy RogersJan 22, 2011 And it's not like the US gets to just be the spectator of a conflict. We're a main superpower, we don't get to sit anything out. If we do, WE will be blamed for not doing anything. But if we do something, then people say it's none of out business
Andy RogersJan 22, 2011 I personally have nothing against Arabs. One of my best friends is Arabic. But, well, put it this way, who are we (the US) at war with right now?
Andy RogersJan 22, 2011 @Ron
I haven't said anything, but I agree with you. I am not in the military but as an avid watcher of the Military Channel, it has definitely given me even more respect for the military (if that was possible) and more hatred for our enemies
Ron DottererJan 21, 2011 Sorry but I'm in the army and see what's really going on. When my brother is getting blown up in Iraq by the same Iraqi soldiers that are supposed to be on our side it makes you think. Also Ken blocks looks better.
Andy RogersJan 19, 2011 Beautiful cars might still be putting out by companies, and they'd have to give the public a minimum amount of road car versions too :)
Only in my dreams
Andy RogersJan 19, 2011 I wonder what modern rally cars would be like if Group B rally cars didn't, well, kill people and was still here today. Doubt normal, everyday hatchbacks like the Fiesta and C4 would/would've been in it
Albert EinsteinsJan 19, 2011 I am pretty sure bin-laden has a rally car... I mean cmon he lives in a mountainous region the dude gotta have one hahaha....and I am writin in Christian by the way hahahaha... J/k
Will ConoverJan 19, 2011 Wow Ethan not too offensive
Will ConoverJan 19, 2011 Hey Albert how's about we run in some Christan LOL
Bob ThebuilderJan 19, 2011 Oh my goodness that widebody kit is effing goregous!
Albert EinsteinsJan 19, 2011 I am a rally racing fan and recently the wonder of the Dakar rally was Naser Aletteyah from Qatar with the VW team
Albert EinsteinsJan 19, 2011 Muahahaha u obviously can't read English .... It's Abu-Dhabi a city u will wish to see bit u can't afford it trailer trash .... And they write Arabic not Muslim hahaha that's a religion.... Man we Americans r really falling off the ladder quicker
Will ConoverJan 19, 2011 It just looks like middle east handwrighting. It's stool English
Mike HawkJan 19, 2011 I just noticed what Tom wrote. Dude, these are the good guys. Know your disassociations, man.
Bin Laden and al gayda are the guys that we wanna deep fry in bacon grease!
Mike HawkJan 19, 2011 Props to Block (and Solberg too). I wish SWRT was back in WRC.
Ron DottererJan 19, 2011 Ken block's monster rally car looks better and doesn't have terrorist markings on it
