They need to give it some kind of performance increase since it is the "S" trim.Whether is be a more aggressive exhaust or stickier brakes. More sporty exterior cues would be welcomes such as a blacked out grille.
Patrick Schalk Apr 24, 2011
Yeah I guess but they could've at least put it in the Charger and Durango. Those are the two "comeback" vehicles. Haha I know it's an "on road" SUV and nothing like a Jeep but I'd still buy a new one with a Hemi and AWD. They are fantastic SUVs
Drew Wa Kleyweg Apr 24, 2011
i think part of it is chrysler/dodge doesnt have enough money to put the 8speed into everything yet. otherwise itd be in the xharger and durango
Dennis Rech Apr 24, 2011
I think the 8 speed isn't strong enough to handle the torque of the v8's yet. Give it a year or so and they'll have it.
Patrick Schalk Apr 24, 2011
I still don't get why Chrysler didn't release all of their new models with the new 8 speed tranny. Because I'd honestly buy a new Durango right now but that 5 speed they still have is a joke
Ryan Henrich Apr 24, 2011
True but the SRT8 is still stuck with the awful five speed...with the 8 it'd be even faster and 'more' economical - it needs to go in the SRT8, maybe next model year?
Kabir Suri Apr 24, 2011
The fuel efficiency wouldn't be that great. If you want a V8, then there's the SRT8 :)
Dimitry Mikhailovich Malikov Apr 24, 2011
V6 is good, but why not a V8?
Kabir Suri Apr 24, 2011
Finally! The archaic 5-speed is gone!
Andy Rogers Apr 25, 2011
Yeah the one about the 200 being from Detroit. Although if they were in REAL Detroit the commercial never would've made it because it's a dump....considering they survived while shooting it
Bilal Saeed Apr 25, 2011
Isn't Eminem in a Chrysler commercial?
Zamiyaad Kausmally Apr 25, 2011
There's my boy dre son I just got his new headphones
Leo M Jackson Apr 24, 2011
Looks like a bentley
Charlie Austin Apr 24, 2011
The promotions for this car cater to amateur drug dealers from Detroit..
Jerry Townsend Apr 24, 2011
I miss the 300M Special. I thought that was a sexy car....
Ryan Henrich Apr 24, 2011
@Omar me too, I'd take the E-Class over this any day but for the price this can't really be beat. Chrysler is finally getting back into the game, let's hope they can keep it up
Steve Schnell Apr 24, 2011
I seen one yesterday in Alberta. Hahaha
Dimitry Mikhailovich Malikov Apr 24, 2011
It looks amazing! Much better then the previous one (which is still pretty good).
Omar Alsakkaf Apr 24, 2011
To be honest rather have a 5 series or a e class instead but chrysler did a good job
Jonathan Harper Apr 24, 2011
Reminds me of a bentley, which is a good thing
Austin Axelsen Apr 24, 2011
I like how it is moving away from the boxy look and larger wheels it looks brilliant
Description: The transmissions will be purchased directly from ZF in Germany until Chrysler is done renovating its transmission facility in Komono, Indiana. In addition to the new transmission, the 300S is equippe...

I could care less for expensive headphones. Give me some cheap ones that work decently and I'm good to go. Same thing with me and interiors, as long as it isn't Korean boring with Italian stuff-falls-off-ness then I'm good
Jerry Townsend Apr 24, 2011
PS....Kokomo, Indiana
Jerry Townsend Apr 24, 2011
And this is not the top end model which most of the 'younger crowd' can't afford, but can afford and love $500 pair of Beats by Dre headphones and maybe an S as Kabir was hinting at. I personally wouldn't pay that much for headphones, but many do....
Jerry Townsend Apr 24, 2011
That's the whole purpose of having different trims. If you don't like some of the key features of one then you have others to choose from; like the C or the SRT-8. They want to appeal to as many people as possible to increase sales.
Kabir Suri Apr 24, 2011
Haha chill dude, it's just the sound system. I think they're trying to appeal to the younger crowds with it.
Kabir Suri Apr 24, 2011
That's the SRT8 dude haha
Dimitry Mikhailovich Malikov Apr 24, 2011
It's beautiful in white!
Bilal Saeed Apr 25, 2011
The grills, rims and side rear view mirror look hideous!
Zamiyaad Kausmally Apr 25, 2011
I could change them if you want...
Spencer Peirce Apr 24, 2011
Yeah I'm not diggin that grill but the rest of it is nice.
Kabir Suri Apr 24, 2011
Nicely done chrysler!
Andy Rogers Apr 25, 2011
@Bilal I'm guessing the back seats specifically?
Bilal Saeed Apr 25, 2011
I'll take her and the seats, everyone else can have the rest!
Ryan Henrich Apr 24, 2011
Those seats look remarkably comfortable which is a fairly new phenomenon for American cars (besides caddy of course)
Kabir Suri Apr 24, 2011
Haha that sucks Pedro. I'm sorry man
Reinaldo Puchu Piñate Apr 24, 2011
Silly chrysler! Women can't drive! *joke... Before anyone starts flaming
Elias Saba Apr 24, 2011
I'd love to have both.
Omar Alsakkaf Apr 24, 2011
Can I get the girl instead hahaha
Kabir Suri Apr 24, 2011
Who knew it was possible to put such high quality leather in a Chrysler?!
Tyler Chess Apr 25, 2011
A freaking stitched dash very very nice!!
Ryan Henrich Apr 24, 2011
Noo the blue is so sick - I love this new trend in ambient lighting, it's sick to be inside at night (the new jags do it the best at the moment)
Reinaldo Puchu Piñate Apr 24, 2011
Needs more shots of the interior!
Dimitry Mikhailovich Malikov Apr 24, 2011
The interior is nice, but would have been better without the blue lights.
