Up For Auction: Black Corvette Collection


This is for all those Corvette fans out there. Mecum Auctions has recently announced they will soon be auctioning a black Corvette from each year ranging from 1954 to 1969. One of the most exclusive models that's expected to draw lots of attention and plenty of bids is a 1963 mid-year Sting Ray that will surely fit in any Corvette fan's garage quite nicely.

The 1966 Big Tank coupe shown in the photo will also be a desired model. The auction, dubbed Bloomington Gold, is set to take place at the Pheasant Run Resort on East Main Street in St. Charles, IL on June 24th and 25th.
