Yeah, I don't buy it. The Hyundai Genesis borrows from BMW (trunk), Mercedes Benz (front end and grill), and Lexus (interior). I didn't see them getting sued for (c) infringement. All cars tend to run in cycles when it comes to design.

Daniel.....som of us care because the wide mouth on the Aston has been their trademark for...well forever. First Jaguar did it and now Ford are doing it and for me it is far too similar to the Aston. I am sure the Ford is a good car as they have been very much improved...but how would they like it if another car maker had a blue oval as their symbol?

Ford has really changed. They are putting out better looking and more reliable cars. In the last Bond movie the opening scene was Bond driving a Ford. That Ford was hot. So, I'm for the global initiative.

the car does look pretty sharp in person. And the AR Guilietta has received a lot of praise for it's driving dynamic. Can't wait to get mine.

@Ben- Nope, you were right, it'll compete with the cruze and focus, the wheel-base is too short to compare it to the 200/avenger sized sedans. I agree though, you really have to see it in person, it looks really good in my book
I saw this today! I was left very impressed! Look guys, it's not a big car. You don't see V8s in Cruzes or Focuses, which is what the Dart competes with. And really? How mature are you that you can't accept that it is just a name?!
Because if the v8 was putting up near 400 it would compete with the camaro and people buying a 18k car are not looking for a sporty car in the first place

ATS is below par on performance. Also, Patrick is right. I have the 3 series and its not that fun to drive. My MB ML350 is more fun to drive! An suv! But I also doubt Cadillac will do better. For me MB is best fun, but compact cars (mini) is where the fun is at.

I actually prefer the M3 to any 5, 6, or 7 series. It is understated compared to the cts-v and not nearly as fast but it's still awesome

Yeah my friend has a 2010 black two door 335i. They are nice, but bland IMO. I think I would get tired of it after about 6 months. But I'm not doubting that anyone else (Caddillac) can make an on par or better subcompact. Too many people on here

M3 is the exception. But the 3 Series is the most bland and unattractive luxury vehicle you can buy IMO.
And I found the Caddy to be more comfortable while having the same amount of features as the BMW. I honestly don't understand the big deal with BMWs. Just my opinion.
I owned a CTS and have driven a brand new 5 series. I'm being totally honest when I say the BMW didn't have anything on the Caddy outside of it being SLIGHTY faster. The ride was 100X smoother then the BMW, I personally liked the interior layout more
Cadillac hasn't been for old people for about 5-10 years now. Just wait until you see a CTS-V wagon blow by you and your Beamer. Then you'll know.

I like this and the E46 3Series. But I am considering getting the ATS with a manual and a diesel powerplant if GM is smart enough to offer them both without running my wallet through. I have my fingers crossed.
This looks way better than any 3 Series. 3 Series are for people who couldn't afford a 5 Series and wanna feel good about themselves and be included in the "cool" group. We all know that.

I personally hate the look of this car always have from day one. So to me no matter what they do to the whole 911 range I will never like the looks of them the turbo is badass though
Porsche knows what they're doing, their design is classic and they don't want to mess with it. It's admirable they can keep the car's general design for decades, evolve it, and still make it look fantastic

This is the shape that sells. It may not look brand new but it's a completely overhauled car underneath. Same with the Boxster. I don't see anyone else complaining about the Wrangler or S-Class for looking almost the same for 10 years. Hell, Koenigseggs haven't changed their shape since they were established.
Shake things up Porsche, it's time for evolution. Yes, yes, this is "redesigned", but really, think about it. This redesign just like the others is simply much too similar. The front end has barely changed at all. It's just boring now, change already

@mankala, that makes no sense, the challenger is too valuable at this point why would they pitch it? I would say maybe the charger but that wouldn't fit because it's a sedan and actually looks good now. I wouldn't be opposed to a completely new addition though... that trifecta would be epic.

This sl isn't aggressive enough. It's so soft it looks like an slk. But Mercedes really destroyed the sl when they decided to kill the sl65 for the new generation.
I love that Mercedes flat face, bold look. This car is doing good things for the SL lineup.

I'd take the 2.0 over the 6. It's lighter, and it would be a snap to make power. New fuel pump, boost controller, intake, exhaust, coils, clutch, new plugs (or at least a new gap size) and some light 18x9s with a 10 rear. Easy to control 400+ hp.
