I wish chevy would change their headlights. They've looked euro for quite a while now. At least i don't see a plastic cover around the bulbs that are the body color

If charity was out of the picture... I would never drop that kind of money on a vette, i respect the vette zo6 or zr1 for what they can do. But those cars just dont have that spark that other cars do, too bland in looks, ill give it performance numbers... and there all over the place, even my grandma has one lol

The difference in C5 and C6s is huge. And the C7 is pretty much already done.

I have seen the SMS 570. Pretty sweet. I also have a '73 Charger with a 400 big block. I just got it back from paint. I still need to finish the engine compartment and put it back together. It was my daily driver before I bought the Challenger.

Currently it has a CAI, cat back, diablo sport programmer and Hurst pistol grip shifter. The suspension has larger front and rear sway bars and front and rear strut tower braces. I have lowering springs but I have not installed them yet.

I removed the SRT badges (except the deck lid its inset) and Added R/T badges and the classic Challenger script badges. I plan to build a 440 stroker motor for it but I'm thinking about supercharging it.
Mine is a Plum Crazy purple '10 SRT8 6.1 6-speed. I ordered it stripe delete with the intent of puting black R/T classic stripes on it. After it came in I liked it so much stripeless the stripes are under my bed I decided not to put them on.

The lowering springs are not on it yet. I put R/T badges on it. SRT is great for neons but I fee the baddest Dodge muscle cars should be R/Ts

Vettes are the only chevrolet's I would buy. I used to have a '95 convertible. This one is beautiful! I stll have a soft spot for the '96 GS.
I used to have a '02 Vette. Loved it. It's amazing how technology has advanced. My new Mustang GT would easily beat it.

Most classics that sell for high prices are rare cars with small production. This Vette is kinda rare but massive production will kill the price

@Rudolph, the Mercedes Benz 300SL sold for $6,820 in 1953. In 2009, a 300SL sold for $1.3M. It's a little far fetched to say it will NEVER sell for $700K.

If you think about it, it will be worth more than $700k in a few decades if the owner keeps it in collector condition. It's pretty rare to get a car that's production unit 001. Most manufacturer museums keep the first one.

Yea there is no reliability issue with an ls7 you can pump 2400hp out of it and then take it to the grocery store
There's plenty of twin turbo LS7s around but I don't think they SC'd them from the factory because the compression ratio is already really high.
They didn't supercharge the ls7 because of its thin cylinder walls they didn't want to risk a reliability issue is what I read
I am terribly disappointed that Chevy still has not made a model with a supercharged 7.0l engine, but regardless it is a beautiful machine.

You can tune the ls7 engine to get so much out of it though

They should be able to get more HP out of a 7l V8. 505 just isnt enough.
