Evo Samples Schumacher's Ferrari F1 Racer

Dickie Meaden can cross one item off his Bucket List as he drives the incredible Ferrari F300.

Getting behind the wheel of a Formula 1 car is every little boy's dream, and one that Evo's Dickie Meaden was lucky enough to realize when he took a 1998 Ferrari F300 Formula 1 car for a spin. The car he got to drive was the one used as a spare by Michael Schumacher and Eddie Irvine in the '98 F1 season. In the brief time Meaden spent with the V10-powered racecar, he quickly concluded that the skills required to master the awesome levels of acceleration and braking take years to hone.

F1 drivers are paid handsomely, but with good reason. There are only a handful of drivers in the world that possess the requisite know-how and testicular fortitude to push these cars to the limit. Meaden may not be one of them, but he has enough skill to make the F300 howl with delight.
