Thibault Leroy Nov 19, 2012
That would be a pretty exact statement
Michael Davidson Nov 19, 2012
So it's going to be VERY expensive.
Mateo Maduro Nov 23, 2012
Poised to be the ugliest piece of composite maranello has ever woven
Kent Huynh Nov 21, 2012
Just disgusting
Cody Gillard Nov 20, 2012
Please ferrari dont make it look like this you are doing so well with your designs so far this is completely tasteless this rendering
Benjamin Levin-O'Leary Nov 20, 2012
Definitely see stratos in this
Wyatt Gordon Nov 20, 2012
the front looks like a flattened 360, the cabin (roof and windscreen + side windows) looks like a bad drawing of a Lancia Stratos and the rear looks like a need for speed Enzo.
Darian Vorlick Nov 20, 2012
It's just an artists impression. Not an actual rendering.
Jesse Williams Nov 19, 2012
@Colby: I like the rear end, but the rest I don't.
Luis Abreu Nov 19, 2012
I can see this being built to lookalike that....30 years ago??? But not today :(
supra_mkiv Nov 19, 2012
looks like a 360 with a weird body kit from need for speed underground lol
Dillon Magee Nov 19, 2012
I really hope it looks nothing like this.
Shannon Sims Nov 19, 2012
This has got to be a joke!!!
Ethan Amo Nov 19, 2012
Looks pretty plain if you ask me
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
@ Jessie I really, really hope you're kidding.....
Jesse Williams Nov 19, 2012
I like this one the best out of all.
Serge Pankratov Nov 19, 2012
Yuck! Thats one of the ugliest looking cars i ever seen. Pretty sure its just a rendering gone wrong ( i hope)
Justin Mancuso Nov 19, 2012
The Ferrari name would be ruined if this was even associated with them.
Victor Pitts Nov 19, 2012
Gross, and I can't stand Ferrari anymore.
Clay Williams Nov 19, 2012
There is no way Ferrari would let this happen.
Joseph Flieder Nov 19, 2012
It looks unfinished. Needs more...ever thing to replace the over the top design of the Enzo.
Jacob Mullner Nov 19, 2012
The front end looks like a F360 with squinty headlights
John Chase Nov 19, 2012
Disgusting
Owen Tiernan Nov 19, 2012
Thankfully, this will never come to fruition.
Timothy Hooker Nov 19, 2012
this is just gross. no way this is the enzo replacement.
Skylar Drake Nov 19, 2012
Looks like a Lamborghini got rear ended by a LMP1 car.
Emil Creed Kleijsen Nov 19, 2012
To plain, people complain about cars being to busy, this is the opposite, too sleek
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
Also the car looks too fat and bulgy in the rear ad the wheels are too small, plain, and ugly.
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
People better hope it looks nothing like this(which it won't) because this is absolutely hideous. The front looks so stupid and ugly. Whoever drew this concept has no sense of style or taste. Yes, I think it's just that ugly. Lol
Francesco Cheech Settimo Nov 19, 2012
Looks like a mclaren
Donte Perino Nov 19, 2012
Not bad.

I like the way the P1 looks. but I still find the MP4-fax machine too boring looking.
Aj White Nov 20, 2012
@JB The P1 wasn't really a "looks" type of design. They talked about it being 30% for looks/style and 70% for aerodynamics. It was designed in a wind tunnel to do one thing; go fast.
António Villas-Boas Nov 19, 2012
A McLaren will never be a Ferrari for someone that actually loves Ferrari...
Thibault Leroy Nov 19, 2012
Mclaren said the P1 was like 90% ready for production
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
I've always liked Mclaren a lot and appreciated the company. The P1 is a dramatic design, no doubt, but one I've fallen in love with already. I love how the taillights are a thin strip running along the back, it's so innovative and different.
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
@JB While what you said is true, Ferrari has beer blown me out of the water with their designs, and I have seen parts of the test mules for this, so I can already tell I like the P1 better. And some may not like the P1, but I find it to be gorgeous.
Owen Tiernan Nov 19, 2012
To be honest I wasn't crazy about the P1's styling. Im however very excited to see what Ferrari does as they always tend to set the benchmark when they come out with a new flagship model.
Read Mills Nov 19, 2012
Same material used to build nuclear reactors?! At least we won't have to worry about engine fires...
JB Kolod Nov 19, 2012
@colby except the p1 was a style concept and nobody knows what this will look like
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
Yeah, but the P1 looks so much better than this will, and probably utilizes better technology.
Description: The new supercar draws many of its advanced technologies from the company's F1 and FXX programs, and packs a version of the F12's 6.3-liter V12 with 750 to 800 horsepower. Coupled to a 100 h...

Stephen D Nov 21, 2012
I'll take a turbo over that any day
António Villas-Boas Nov 19, 2012
Actually I think the hybrid system is not used in supercars to improve fuel efficiency, who cares how much gas an Enzo replacement uses? The electric engine delivers massive torque to compensate the lower low rev torque of a non turbo engine.
Stephen D Nov 19, 2012
It's there to meet a fuel economy average not to benefit the car
Stephen D Nov 19, 2012
Ok take that hybrid shit off the Ferrari and the formula one cars
Luke Purdy Nov 19, 2012
And yeah the Enzo was known as the F60 but Ferrari loved the car so much that they named it under the founder
Luke Purdy Nov 19, 2012
Take that hybrid shit off? Really? It's giving the car an extra 100-150 bhp. It acts as a turbocharger
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
Well, some may, but I have never heard any mention of an association between the F60 name and the Enzo, and if it was designated for a race car, then they kind of messed up the rhythm considering the F40 and F50 are production vehicles.
Dirk Austin Greer Nov 19, 2012
That "hybrid shit" is Kinetic and is the same tech that they use on formula 1 cars.
Stephen D Nov 19, 2012
Take that hybrid shit off of the Ferrari please
Jake Knickmeyer Nov 19, 2012
They used the f60 designation on a formula one car. And a lot of people call the Enzo the f60 too.
Johnny Francis Nov 19, 2012
Because that was technically the Enzo.
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
Why no F60?
MissLaura Anne Nov 19, 2012
Haha 69. Of course!
Tyler Tarbox Nov 19, 2012
Looks like a Hot Wheels car
António Villas-Boas Nov 19, 2012
Stop showing us designs you came up with after a few beers! We all know Ferrari had nothing to do with these sketches! Then again, they did build the FF...
Kyle Kloewer Nov 19, 2012
The people who make these have no idea what Ferrari does in terms of styling.
Dillon Magee Nov 19, 2012
This is much better.
Nick Benz Nov 19, 2012
Oh dude thats so racist
Harrison Armstrong Nov 19, 2012
Not to be racist here, but this reminds me of an Asian caricature from way back.
Michael Davidson Nov 19, 2012
Yeah, this one looks a lot better than the first one, but please bring the roof down more above the front windshield.
Owen Tiernan Nov 19, 2012
Heck of a lot better design than the first one in this article.
Ty Schuring Nov 19, 2012
Lol 69
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
Windshield looks gay.
Jennarong Muengtaweepongsa Nov 19, 2012
Looks like a zonda

Jose Miguel Fernandez Nov 19, 2012
It obviously won't be called the f150 but it does bring an interesting issue i hadn't thought of what will it be called
António Villas-Boas Nov 19, 2012
A Ferrari will never be mistaken for a Ford, call it whatever you want.
Jörgen Nilsson Nov 19, 2012
Dale: the car Ferrari initially named (but later had to change the name) F-150 wasn't a supercar, it was their F1-racer. That was what Topgear thought was funny and a little ridicoulus (noone will ever mistake the one for the other).
Thibault Leroy Nov 19, 2012
Yeah its like the mclarent P1, its the sucessor to the F1 but its not the same car so not the same name
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
@Nick Yeah, agreed, I don't really care what they name it anyways. Lol
Adam Gray Nov 19, 2012
@owen the ford gt wasn't a successor to the mustang tho. It was a successor tithe gt40 which it shares a similar name with.
Owen Tiernan Nov 19, 2012
@Colby they won't call it the Enzo because it would deface the current Enzo and probably lower it's value. Also, this is not an updated Enzo. This is a new car. It's just like How Ford didn't call the Ford GT a Ford Mustang... Cuz its not.
Dale Pedrick Nov 19, 2012
They did get in trouble for using F-150 name. Top gear made some jokes about the difference between a large pick up and a supercar. But they aren't allowed to use the name
Skylar Drake Nov 19, 2012
Agree, F150 is a horrible name, and I have a feeling Ford will have it trademarked if they haven't already.
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
Why wouldn't they just call it the Enzo again? Just an updated form.
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
F150? I don't think so. That would belong to a Fors truck. Lol. That would be a stupid name.

António Villas-Boas Nov 19, 2012
I hope they call it Pininfarina. One of the greatest car designers died this last summer and naming the car after him would be a well deserved tribute to a great man. RIP Sergio Pininfarina
Justin Routh Nov 19, 2012
Wow dillon you know pontiac IS chevy right? Just rebadged mostly
Dillon Dixon Nov 19, 2012
Chevy did not make the GTO, Owen. It was clearly Pontiac. And Mr. Delorean himself noted that he got the name from The 250 GTO. So he did give recognition.
Taylor Garry Nov 19, 2012
Hahaha
Aaron Crisp Nov 19, 2012
What's the difference between the two guys below me and 6 dicks? They can't take a joke.
Owen Tiernan Nov 19, 2012
@Colby Maybe Chevy should stop copying Ferrari actually such as their GTO name. Why Chevy even made a car called the Monte Carlo is beyond me.
JB Kolod Nov 19, 2012
@colby your comments are all based off of speculation. Nobody knows the cars will be called the F150 and Monte Carlo, they probably won't, that just what the press is calling them. Stop assuming the press=Ferrari
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
First they copy Ford with "F150" and now Chevrolet with "Monte Carlo"? Get outta here Ferrari. :P
Dillon Magee Nov 19, 2012
I liked a road and track rendering. I don't remember what issue it was in though.
Wissam Nasr Nov 19, 2012
Looks bulky and heavy. Can't be a Ferrari
Ben Hislop Nov 19, 2012
Make the roof folding like the California, and I'm down. It could be great.
Clay Williams Nov 19, 2012
The best off the lot but still not great.
Owen Tiernan Nov 19, 2012
@Timothy Agreed! Also the rear end makes it seem like a heavy beast. Not really true to Ferrari's characteristics.
Timothy Hooker Nov 19, 2012
not exotic enuff to be the enzo replacement
Jake Judges Nov 19, 2012
Not bad, don't think it will look anything like this though
Mateo Maduro Nov 23, 2012
Looks like a prius in a shoe
Benjamin Levin-O'Leary Nov 20, 2012
Windshield looks like koenigsegg and I see some gtr in the front brake vents.
Hunter Wolfe Nov 19, 2012
It looks like a Prius
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
@Nick Yeaahhh, well this was a "Ferrari" design challenge, not a "Lotus" design challenge. And this is clearly a failed design, idc what it looks like, it is a far cry from something Ferrari would actually build and put their name on.
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
Ben is the kid who designed this car. :)
Ben Hislop Nov 19, 2012
Now that's what I'm talking about, it looks great.
Michael Davidson Nov 19, 2012
The back end is too tall and too fat.
Owen Tiernan Nov 19, 2012
I'd be surprised if this person even liked cars.
Nick Sti Nov 19, 2012
Well these were made in 2005, so id say they predicted the lotus evora. Stop hating
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
That's freaking hideous. You can bet this kid didn't win.
Dennis Choong Nov 19, 2012
U've got to be kidding...
Mateo Maduro Nov 23, 2012
Pretty sure i built this out of legos when i was a kid
Luke Fincher Nov 19, 2012
I'm seeing some mclaren in this
Pablo Herasme Nov 19, 2012
When were these drawings made? 1999?
Adam Wieland Nov 19, 2012
Best one out of them all IMO
Zaire Wilkins Nov 19, 2012
reminds me of a F40
Dan Kelly Nov 19, 2012
@avery, thats exactly what i thought
Avery Williams Nov 19, 2012
This reminds me of a Porsche for some reason. I guess it's because of the styling of the roof and rear window.
Ben Hislop Nov 19, 2012
Bring the rear window back the the back of the car, and raise the hood an inch or two, and It'll be perfect.
Owen Tiernan Nov 19, 2012
It reminds me of something that would be off of the kids movie Cars.
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
Also ugly. Design students.... Sheesh.
Mateo Maduro Nov 23, 2012
A bit of F50, a bit of MC12, a lot of ugly
Benjamin Levin-O'Leary Nov 20, 2012
Looks like f50
Bijon King Brown Nov 20, 2012
If I buy that none of y'all getting an ride LOL
Johnny Francis Nov 19, 2012
*you're
António Villas-Boas Nov 19, 2012
All these designs are very aspirational, they make me think I could also be a car designer!!! :-)
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
@Christopher I actually do design cars as a side hobby using 3D CAD, and my designs all look much better than these, but thanks anyways buddy.
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
@Johnny Your welcome :)
Justin Mancuso Nov 19, 2012
All of them are terrible, the one that was in a motor trend mag was amazing
Ben Hislop Nov 19, 2012
Not bad, I like it.
Christopher LikeaBoss Reber Nov 19, 2012
@colby Let's see you design one
Michael Davidson Nov 19, 2012
Most of these look too boring to be an exotic Ferrari.
Owen Tiernan Nov 19, 2012
Hurt'n
Johnny Francis Nov 19, 2012
Thank you for enlightening us once again.
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
Ugly once again.
Chris Huff Nov 19, 2012
Looks like an f430 and a 458 mixed together
Canyon Paterson Nov 22, 2012
Love it
Benjamin Levin-O'Leary Nov 20, 2012
Yeah I think more eb110 than veyron
Luke Fincher Nov 19, 2012
I'm seeing the Bugatti
MissLaura Anne Nov 19, 2012
Too Bugatti. Nahh.
António Villas-Boas Nov 19, 2012
If you change the front, the middle section and the back, this could actually be a Ferrari!
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
@Maaz Hey man, I call 'em like I see 'em, good or bad
Ben Hislop Nov 19, 2012
Now that's awesome, it looks so much like a concept it should be a production car.
Janak Solanki Nov 19, 2012
Looks like a Ferrari eating a Corvette.
Owen Tiernan Nov 19, 2012
Doesn't have the classic and timeless feel and styling of a Ferrari. Could be a nice enough Gumpert.
Maaz Khan Nov 19, 2012
Colby*
Maaz Khan Nov 19, 2012
A positive-ish comment from Cobly!!! O.O
Rockesh Boulder Nov 19, 2012
Looks like a hot wheels car
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
This isn't too bad. Could use a little fine tuning, but a great starting point nonetheless.
Jon Ashley Nov 19, 2012
Change the bits on the front and side from white to matte black and this is one really good looking ferrari.
Adam Thomson Jan 05, 2013
It looks like the Huayra
Pratik Parija Nov 23, 2012
One of my favorite design in the bunch here.
Mateo Maduro Nov 23, 2012
Reminiscent of Glickenburg's unique P4/5 ferrari.... Hate the nose though would look excellent with the front of the previous rendering
Canyon Paterson Nov 22, 2012
Bad ass
Benjamin Levin-O'Leary Nov 20, 2012
Zonda roof
Luke Fincher Nov 19, 2012
Too much
Matt Piccolo Nov 19, 2012
Only one I like, but this one is damn nice!
MissLaura Anne Nov 19, 2012
YES. Typical Ferrari. This is sexy and classy and mean looking. Perfect!!
Kyle Kloewer Nov 19, 2012
The only one to look cool. But not Ferrari-ish
JP Burr Nov 19, 2012
Pagani Zonda
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
I see the Pagani in here, but I doubt it was intentional. Often when I'm designing a car, I have to change certain elements throughout because I realize that they look like another car. Common mistake.
Andrew Hossann Nov 19, 2012
Pagani much?
Ben Hislop Nov 19, 2012
Looks too much like a Pagaini it's not even funny.
Hunter Wolfe Nov 19, 2012
This is the best one
Dillon Dixon Nov 19, 2012
This kid designed the Huayra without even knowing it! Haha It's as if he looked into the future.
Kyle Mullins Nov 19, 2012
I feel like all of these designs are just trying too hard. Whatever happened to the simple, yet beautiful classics like the 250, and the F40, even the testerossa!
Joseph Flieder Nov 19, 2012
I really like this one.
Owen Tiernan Nov 19, 2012
The best of the bunch but I'd be very disappointed to see this as the new Enzo replacement.
Jared Ranck Nov 19, 2012
This one wins in my book
Timothy Hooker Nov 19, 2012
agreed except the side vents need to be vertical they look like they fell over
Ty Schuring Nov 19, 2012
Best lookin one
Colby Church Nov 19, 2012
This is actually decent, it just needs nicer headlights in a different location. Put some aggressive angular headlights lower down and we've got a winner.
Johnny Hoover Nov 19, 2012
This one actually looks like a Ferrari But it will look completely different
Rohil Chauhan Nov 19, 2012
This one looks the best
