I actually agree with this "Car Buzzer" "troll" guy. Countless times I've been driving down the road and seen white/black Chargers and slowed down because I think it's a police cruiser.

So they made a basic trim package and attached a famous nameplate to it in the hopes it'd squeeze a few more bucks out of a car that's becoming fast outdated. What a shame.

if you're gonna call it a daytona give it some extra power or at least an aero kit otherwise it's just a stock R/T with some fancy paint and rims

With our auto industry, the need for more practical cars is rising. So in many cases.. 4 doors sells more often than 2 doors. Besides, it would be bad for Dodge to have a 2 door charger along with a 2 door challenger.
Doesn't matter if its called Charger or not, it's still an awesome car! I agree, that the Charger should have stayed a 2 door, but I don't really care.

There isn't hard plastic in dash. It's nice soft coating like what's in BMWs. And the touch screens are so user friendly

This is a 5 speed. Dodge is working on getting the 8 speed with the Hemi though

way better interior than the older styles..that is the one thing that has kept me from getting a 08-10 charger srt
This Charger definetly needs to be manual. It's kind of a let down compared to the new charger srt8 super bee.
Lol @ David saying a 90's Japanese muscle car interior is better than a 2013 American interior. That is definitely not true, this looks beautiful. I'm sure the Supra interior is great too, but this is just a different level.
The supra's cockpit was glorious, this looks nothing like it, just looks cheap value interior.

No. 2 of em blew. rest broke down and 1 blew its heads. He worked on them to keep them working but then still wouldn't work. I have seen veeeeey few dodges still out with no problems.
My parents Durango had 289k miles on it without one problem.

right now is the 392. Thats the only one I'll take. But, dodges motors aren't all that great. Sure they sound nice but they don't last long at all. A few friends of mine have had dodge after dodge due to motors breaking down.
Whoever said I don't provide actual facts, one of my friends has owned about 6 dodges within 2 years and they were all crap. 2 of em blew their heads off. Others blew up and/or broke down within a year. Their new Hemis are terrible. The only good one

I always thought dodges interiors were crap, but man once fiat took over there interiors have made a complete 180, now there interiors are well played out and are comfortable, I would buy a dodge now, still find fords interiors extremely boring, I've driven a magnum guy had a full exhaust and can in the car, thing sounded like thunder
David do these Dodge owners own new Chargers? Because I sold them for awhile and even the Pentastar Chargers with the 8 spds have some get up and run solid. The new SRT8 is so underrated. Go drive one

The ranger isn't road legal. It is for mud bogging. Besides that, you would be correct. Although only the truck and Taurus are daily drivers because modded Mustangs and classics don't work for that.

Honestly, the charger isn't a bad deal at all. When I was shopping for a sedan, the Mopar Charger was only like 2-3k more than my Taurus limited. Not even close to the same interior quality, but it is faster for sure.
Idk you'd have too be able to compare them all side by side like I was able too. Then you realize which cars are worth the money.
I don't know. I hear the contrary from dodge owners. And I've seen all makes this past weekend at an auto show. IMO the ford focus titanium with leather has the same quality or better interior than a Chrysler 300.

Yeah the Chally will be killed off and the Barracuda will replace it around 2015 or so. Top model may even receive a super charger so it would actually compete with the GT500 and ZL1. I think a limited production of a 2 door Charger would be sweet.

Wait, I thought that dodge was getting rid of the challenger and that SRT was going to create the new barracuda. So does anyone think that it'll be possible for the charger to be in a coupe or sedan version in later years to come?
I realize the Challenger and Charger are both fat dogs, doesn't make me love them any less. Also a reason I'm excited for the SRT Barracuda to come out, it's supposed to shed quite a bit of weight. Now that is the Mopar muscle car I'm waiting to buy!

I would drive a srt300. I think they look good. But when it comes to performance, there's a few cars I'd rather have.

The challenger is heavy and always comes in big fat third when side by side with the Mustang and Camaro. It's a fact. Dodge didn't produce much of a muscle car. They made three cars with one platform. The 300, the charger, and the challenger. Creativ

The answer to Colby's question is the challenger. Plain and simple: they couldn't have two big, retro coupes, and they chose the challenger to be a coupe and charger a sedan
