@Alex. As far as what we have been told the cuda will replace the challenger, and Chrysler has already said that they plan on cutting alot of weight from the car

@ Jordan, the inline 4 will slot below the 6, so it might be cheaper than the current 6, and lower the base price

@Miguel. Yeah it started about the same time as the Mustang, but I'm saying up until recently the Mustang has dominated the Camaro in sales per year. Especially back in the early muscle car days

@William. I agree that neither is a wrong choice currently. However the Camaro does not have the history of the mustang. Back in the 60s, Camaro sales were greatly overshadowed by the Mustang. They are pretty much even now though
Camaro has just as much history as the mustang, they have always been neck and neck, every year on holding something over the other... when it comes down to it its just what u prefer... a raw and crazy muscle car, or a muscle car designed for the track... neither is really a wrong choice

The corvette is one of those cars u cannot judge until u have actually driven one... and by driven one I actually mean in the driver seat... not riding shotgun, u can't get the corvette expierence unless you have thrown it threw some turn and banged threw the gears.

I sort of assumed you meant the 911 by the way since this and a few 911 models are similarly priced. That may not be the car you had in mind though.
To me the 911 is more of a midlife crisis car than a Vette. I don't see a lot of older men driving Corvettes anymore. In fact, I see more women driving Vettes now than old men. It's not nearly the midlife crisis car it one was.
I've loved the corvette since I was a little boy n always will, I dont think I would ever want to own one tho, especially for everyday use. I bet its a blast, but it just screams mid life crisis car. If/when I get to that point, Id go Porsche instead
Paint that crossbar black on the roof, pop in some black headlights and it would be perfectly to my liking, however I'm definitely not complaining about it the way it is. Hell, I would take it in a heartbeat. It's gorgeous. I love the Z06's styling.

The money u say they lost, is invested in 32% of general motors, once gm stock reaches a certain percent they will have been completely played back, u can argue it all u want but ford even admitted it wasn't sure about its future, its 2 biggest manufacturing plants were designed to build trucks only, and the other lines weren't set to build there new cars

The main difference here is that Ford got a loan, like we do from a bank. It's borrowing money and then paying it back over a set period of time with interest. GM also got a loan, of 6.7billion. What they also got was 50billion of money that they don
And yes, GM and Chrysler paid back its loans but the government still lost 34billion dollars. Not all the money given to GM and Chrysler were in the form of loans.
Ford was not in danger of going under given that they mortgaged their assets in 2006. They were 2 years ahead of GM and Chysler and foresaw trouble and avoided bankruptcy whereas GM and Chrysler dove head first into it.
While ford did not get a bailout like gm and Chrysler, without the loan ford would have died off just like gm and Chrysler, Ford sold off almost all its assets to try to help its self but still needed help... if your skeptical I can find u the link to the Forbes article
Ford barrowed 5.9billion in June 2009, same month gm filed for help, government loaned gm and Chrysler 64billion combined witch also included the money used to help there financing company's, so gm and Chrysler payed back 64billion dollars before ford could pay back 5.9 billion... yeah they really know how to run a better buisness.. @David this argument gets so old! Yes, the LS7 has two more liters but you forgot to mention that the LS7 weighs 100lbs less than the Coyote 5.0. And it has a flatter torque band.
The LS7 gets 460 hp from 7 liters. The 5.0 coyote in the boss 302 makes 444 hp from 5 liters. Pretty similar power with 2 liters less. That's minus an entire Honda engine!
