EVO magazine featured the P1 a few months back when it was shown and spoke to Mr Ron Dennis, and it appears that what we saw at Paris is what we will see when it goes into production.
This car is quickly growing on me. At first I disliked it immensely but it soon turned to ambivalence. It's definitely moving to the 'liking it' end of the spectrum.
I'm surprised how good this looks for being designed by a wind tunnel. Can't wait to see this thing go around a track. The F70 / F150, whatever you want to call it, is going to have a big shoe to fill to compete with this awesome machine. Can't wait!

that thing looks totally awesome, I think it's gonna be a world beater. Im amazed at how many factory 10sec cars there are nowadays, hopefully the trend continues and in 10yrs or so there will be a 9 sec car on the market. :0)
Enzo, 12C, F70, or P1... Enzo, 12C, F70 or P1... Why not all four? :) Though I'd trade in a Pagani Zonda for the Enzo and a Hennesy Venom GT for the 12C.

Also gotta remember unlike Ferrari McLaren doesn't have a group of cars they have to continually replace and refresh.. they have one model to be focused on, to build to perfection witch they have knocked out of the park 2 times so far... would get a 12c over anything Ferrari puts out
Idk besides the F430 no Ferrari has ever caught my eye, and as it stands not a fan of there design language, and from what we have gotten a sneak peak of the back won't be doing it for me either, besides this is the company that brought us the F1

To be more efficient, supercars look more and more like racecars. I'm not sure I like that, makes them more aggressive but not so beautiful IMO

The rear wing is rite there starring u in the face...or were u not aware the spoiler was active and can raise and lower... can. Even be used as an air brake line the Bugatti can
Not talking about just the pads, the rotors are pure carbon and are like ice untill, Can do the same thing the zr1 does, it has ducting from the engine bay to the breaks to keep them at temp
Watch the video: he says the brake PADS are not fully carbon because they require so much heat.
U can get around the problem with ducting from the engine bayto keep to keep them at temp
I thought carbon brakes need considerable heat before they bite, which makes them impractical for road use
