None of you are watch fanatics. I spent a lot on two Nixons, I have over 6 watches. I wouldn't spend that much on any car company that is selling watches.
I recommend to go to harrods london. I was there last summer and an ugly ass watch with no diamands or anything special was selling for 300,000 and something euros
11k is pretty ridiculous. Still not as bad as a Rolex i saw that went for 32000 euro. Yes, 32000.
I can respect the engineering but there's no way in hell I'm paying 11k for a watch. It's damn nice, that's for sure, but not gonna happen. Even if I had the money I wouldn't buy it.
A "couple hundred" isn't a time piece. I wouldn't buy any watch themed after a car though, without owning the car as well. Those who don't appreciate quality micro engineering will never understand why there is a massive watch collector culture.
You could buy a nice time piece for a couple hundred. Couple thousand is just outrageous.
I have a Breitling For Bentley watch, it's similar to this, but better.
