Why is this considered a political issue, GM didn't sell many cars compared to Chrysler (who also got bailed out) because Republicans did or said something? Can't be any particular issue with the GM lineup at all.

Chrysler is looking much better these days. The 300 is a nice car. I like the transformed design looks a bit more refined now.
PJ: I've never owned an Audi, only coveted them. I have read in Consumer Reports and on Edmunds that they aren't as reliable as many other companies. Their re-sale value tends to back that up. Also, a friend of mind had an A4 that dumped it's trans.
Well just think this.. Average joe will get a 300 but if youre making bank, theres no way ud get a 300 rather than an a6..

I just rented a Chrysler 300 last week and it was beautiful, remote start, heated seats, satellite radio, surround sound system. at first it was a bit to big for my taste its a nightmare on congested roads Damn car too wide but with a lil finese its a smooth ride!!!
I'd take a 300 over an Audi if I was paying because Audi doesn't score high in reliability. Audi's are definitely more beautiful inside and out though.
I agree that for the money the 300 is ban better It's like the gtr of luxury. But the a6 is still a little better. There's no way I'd take a 300 over an a6. However if I wanted pretty much the same features without breaking the bank I'd go for a 300

@Patrick What GM vehicle are you referring to? Last time I checked, they have the best looking cars all around, entry level and luxury. Buicks look fantastic and luxurious now, and Cadillac looks phenomenal. Chevrolet also looks badass, sooo....?
@ tony, u are correct when u say this looks like a bently compared to a supra cuz IMO, bentlys are some of the ugliest cars on the road... They perform well and i totally understand why people buy them (for their performance) but they are way to bulky and just plain ugly
Bentley next to a supra? I don't know about that. People will take a second look at a supra way before they make a second glance at this.
I think it looks good. Simplicity is key. Most of the new cars look like blown up fishes, with too many rounded edges, bulgy lights, and tumors.
Yah toyotas usually have horrible lack of handling, like camrys etc. Hondas are usually somewhat sporty and German cars, or European ones the best handling.
I love my VW! I find the Toyotas to be boring and more for the older crowd(senior citizen). Scion to be immature. Honda used to have design and actually changed the models completly (civic, 7 years and thats the best they could do?). And Hyundai I'd rather slit my wrist in shark infested waters then ever drive those.
That's true. You cannot hate on them unless you have no clue what they are really. VW isn't perfect. But they offer a brilliant driving experience. The drive is so different from anything else.
I like the CC a lot and the Tiguan/Toureg. I think VW makes some pretty solid automobiles. You can't hate the GTi and Scirocco. It's impossible.
Pointless arguing with people who never drove the cars I mentioned. The r32 for instance is probably the most fun to drive in its category. You get as much fun driving one as an rs4.
Tony, those r all lux or super cars bud, and they don't make the phaeton anymore... And for all the vw's listed, they ma not be horrible but aren't the best in their classes so they don't really make anything special IMO
You're insane Zachary. Go test drive an r32 or even a gti. It'll change your opinion on VW. Not to mention the scirocco. The corrado. The Tiguan. The Touareg. The jetta with a vr6.
It's nothing special. But how are it's competitors more interesting look wise? The only reason why I'd say it's looking more and more boring is because they try to make it less German and more American.
If Sergio and Ralph shut down Chrysler's Nascar program I will be very disappointed. Since I bleed Hemi orange I will deal with it.
I'm glad to see Chryslers numbers are up. I'm still a little down today. I was excited yesterday as I put the finishing touches on the 440 Magnum for my '73 I learned that Penske will switch to ford next season.
