They haven't "declined to comment" if they commented. They declined to give specifics.
Wouldn't surprise me if they bump it, maxima and impala both pumpin out more power, then again I don't think they'd mAke it faster than the es350

this will sell so nicely for toyota. the old avalon was for old people and it was a good substitute for more expensive cars that are sometimes less reliable/not even that much nicer if you really break it down. Looks like about a 4ft overhang in the rear, one would have to be careful cornering it might swing out and hit something.
The back looks good. I still despise Toyota, but at least they're making some progress from a design standpoint. Not the least bit surprised all of the "fanboys" can't appreciate some sort of progress, no matter how ultimately insignificant it is.

I hate Toyota's new grille. It looks dumb, and looks the worst on the Camry.
I don't think they will redo the front, I used to have a 2005 Avalon and that was the worst part of the car. Although I think it's a really nice auto, the front makes it look like a Buick or a car for old people
They need to rethink the front of this car....the bottom grill is out of place....looks like they took a ford grill and dropped on the bottom....just down right ugly!
messed up lexus interior only nissan and honda can duplicate their acura & infiniti interiors into the there vehicles with out adding extra stuff
Yes that's true their ugly, you should see the early 90's Toyota horrible interiors.
Center stack looks out of place. As if they pasted over a regular dash.
Buy a LS400 instead. V8. Cheap. Luxurious. RWD.
The side is nice. The back looks good. The gaping mouth up front is even worse than an Acura beak! Change the front or watch your customers go to Nissan and Hyundai.
