Holy Clarkson! Top Gear Goes All Out With the Deadly 720 Loop-the-Loop

The Top Gear crew sets a new world record in South Africa in this must-see clip.
The Top Gear Live Stunt Team deserves a very vigorously golf clap for this one. The team just performed the first-ever back-to-back loop-the-loop in the history of the world.

The "Deadly 720 is the biggest, boldest and most technically challenging stunt ever performed by the record breaking Top Gear Live Stunt Team." That sounds about right. The stunt was pulled off in front of a sell-out crowd of over 15,000 at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban, South Africa. Jeremy Clarkson, James May, Richard Hammond and The Stig were all on hand to witness the record-setting stunt.
