Earlier this month,
Mercedes-Benz announced that the SLS AMG would be replaced by the SLS AMG GT. The German automaker was keen to show off the new model's 20-added horsepower and what it would add to the performance of the 2013 car. According to Autoblog, Mercedes brought the SLS AMG GT to the
Nurburgring and put down an impressive lap time of just under 7:30. The new SLS AMG GT will be the new moniker of both the coupe and roadster versions of the powerful Merc model.
