Sometimes parts of a car just can't handle speeds of 200+. And 197 is still an excellent number.
Why would you limit the top speed to 197, thats almost as dumb as the SL blacks limited top speed of 199

The only thing I hate about this car is its slow, ugly, overpriced, and cheap looking in the interior. You can get a corvette zr1 that's significantly faster (does the nurburgring in 1:19) for $60,000 less. I think I've made my point.
Merc needs to come up with some cooler gauge clusters. BMWs new LED for the entire cluster looks amazing and makes everything else look pretty dated
Yea the person that insulted south park needs to get out haha. Corvette interior's are very outdated and look like crap compared to the SLS's. But exterior looks are arguable. I'd go for the ZR-1 though, and that's IMO. It's just such a beast.

I believe the R35 got a 7:22. So this isn't faster. And again, why must people compare 2 completely different cars? People shopping for an SLS AMG wouldn't even consider the Vette because that's not what they're looking for.

Or you could get a Viper ACR that beats both these cars at the Ring. It's not much more that the ZR1.
@Evan, It's not slow... And you could own one of these and say "I have gullwing doors." That alone beats the ZR1. Plus, this is better built, has a better ride, and doesn't fall apart.

The fact that this is an enhanced pure bread amg means that the suspension on this has to be significantly firmer and more uncomfortable
