2017 Porsche Pajun Revealed in Exclusive Renderings

Based on Porsche insiders’ comments, these illustrations offer an interpretation of how the sub-Panamera saloon could look.

Insiders have claimed that the Porsche's striking new sports saloon codenamed Pajun (a combination of Panamera and Junior) will be closer in design to a '911 with a boot than the Panamera when it arrives in 2016 to take on the likes of BMW's 6-Series Gran Coupe, Audi A7 and Mercedes CLS models. Auto Express produced these illustrations of the Pajun, which in its first incarnation would have a body lower and shorter than that of the Panamera, with styling cues drawn from the 911.

Recent reports suggest the Pajun would come in notchback and Shooting Brake body styles with a selection of six-cylinder gasoline & diesel engines, and would be priced in the €65,000 to €100,000 range. The sedan would represent the sixth model in Porsche's lineup following the Boxster, Cayman, 911, Cayenne SUV, Panamera sedan and the upcoming Macan crossover.
