Phillip HolbrookJun 09, 2012 And they mention the leaf on the next page of the article.
Phillip HolbrookJun 09, 2012 No the Prius isn't electric completely it still uses a motor primarily. None of these vehicles even have a gas motor.
Jack HowardJun 07, 2012 No its mpge just doesnt compare with these and enither does the leaf i guess
Phillip HolbrookJun 07, 2012 Actually scratch that, these are electric only which is why the Volt isn't even mentioned.
Phillip HolbrookJun 07, 2012 Prius isn't mostly electric like these cars, it's still mostly gas.
Raymond ReynosoJun 07, 2012 I'd drive this crap on my morning commute everyday, save a ton of cash
Matt PiccoloJun 07, 2012 No! Prius is way worse IMO
Zachary FixJun 07, 2012 It looks wort than the Prius o
Matt PiccoloJun 07, 2012 For a small car it isn't bad
Description: The more well-known Nissan Leaf is rated at only 99MPGe. In addition to the having the best-ever MPGe rating, the new Honda Fit EV also claims a best-in-class 82-mile range and can be quickly recharge...Add Comments9
Phillip HolbrookJun 09, 2012 I think the general public isn't ready for hydrogen technology yet. It has had too many catastrophic failures, and granted we have come a hell of a long way it's hard to overcome public opinion.
Jack HowardJun 07, 2012 Yes me too. We need to pursue hydrogen technology more but i do believe that electric vehicles will also have a place in our future. And they will get better just like many other products and just like how the beginning gas motors got better with tim
Hektor YbergJun 07, 2012 I dont have any problems with evs. But evs are not going to be even close to normal cars running on gas in our lifetime! Instead I think we will need to compromise and use hydrogen cars which kind of does what evs are supposed to do without a bad
Henz HerreroJun 07, 2012 Ya i for one is really looking forward to EVs.. Painful to run my rdx on 93 and only get 17mpgs.. And now that gas is expected to hit 4.50 before thanksgiving..
Jack HowardJun 07, 2012 I wish people would stop bagging on EV. We have to start sometime and somewhere with electric motors and yes they will be crappy, just like everything else in its early stages
Phillip HolbrookJun 07, 2012 Wow the electric motor has more HP and torque than the gas motor in the fit.
Matt PiccoloJun 07, 2012 Yea and the mpg on this is what 5x ur trucks at least
Sam OglesbyJun 07, 2012 3 hours recharge can recharge my deisel in 15 mins for a range of 600 miles
Matt PiccoloJun 07, 2012 That's pretty good, best range and mpg
Description: The Fit EV is priced at $36,625, though they are charging a $770 delivery fee. To make things more confusing, Honda isn't actually selling the EV. They are leasing it for about $399 a month over ...Add Comments12
Da StigJun 08, 2012 Why pay for gas if u could pay Honda 400 bucks a month
Hans WangsnessJun 07, 2012 @jack shouldn't you stop making hasty generalizations?
Jack HowardJun 07, 2012 Shouldnt Europe be driving EVs since their gas prices are so high and shouldnt we be making more clean diesels since our country drives longer distances?
Henz HerreroJun 07, 2012 Wow i like the thought of never seeing the gas pumps anymore.. But u prolly still need a small suv for out of state drives..
Phillip HolbrookJun 07, 2012 82 miles isn't shabby, you could drive 35-38 miles to work and back. That's respectable if you just used it as a work car. Then you could have your weekend toys, the truck, the muscle car, motorcycle whatever.
Dylan BruderJun 07, 2012 If you were to get your full range of 82 miles then sure but it would be much more practical to get a 50+ mpg diesel economy car so you don't have to stop constantly ev's only work for around city or people with short commutes
Jerrod SwensonJun 07, 2012 The lease is nice because you don't have to worry about battery costs and a soft selling market after. Along with easier recalls if it gets all flame happy.
Matt PiccoloJun 07, 2012 But still this is better in mpg by far
Matt PiccoloJun 07, 2012 Nvr min that, for some reason I though u said deasil truck :/
Matt PiccoloJun 07, 2012 And this gets what 5x the mpg
Sam OglesbyJun 07, 2012 $400 a month cheaper to get a high economy deisel
Matt PiccoloJun 07, 2012 Sounds like a regular price for an ev... Leaf is like 40k isn't it
And they mention the leaf on the next page of the article.
No the Prius isn't electric completely it still uses a motor primarily. None of these vehicles even have a gas motor.
No its mpge just doesnt compare with these and enither does the leaf i guess

Typo- production*
Hmmm don't see that crappy horrible Prius anywhere
