Switzer's 900hp Flex-Fuel 911 Turbo

Switzer and co. are back with another high-powered daily driver.

The last time we checked in on Tym Switzer, his Oberlin, Ohio-based outfithad tuned a Nissan GT-R with 1,000 horsepower. Now the firm is back with its latest street-spec creation based on the Porsche 911 Turbo. Switzer Performance has dubbed the project F900, a fitting name because it has flex-fuel capacity to run on gasoline, enthanol or a mix of the two - not unlike the Koenigsegg Agera - banging out a prodigious 900 horsepower in the process.

Tym Switzer said of the build, that the customer "didn't want a race-gas package or a street gas package or an E85 package. He wanted a car that he could throw anything at. A real, usable, daily-drivable street machine that, at a moment's notice, could pull up to an E85 station and rip off a pass in the low 10s. Or 9s, ideally." Switzer defines the F900 as "part 800 hp pump-gas Switzer P800 Porsche, part R911 race-ready Switzer R911, and part Sledgehammer." Stylistically, it looks about the same as any stock 911 Turbo, save a few decals.

Internally, the F900 packs huge intercoolers built by Switzer themselves, a CNC-machined y-pipe intake, sports exhaust system and twin-turbochargers along with the mandatory ECU revamp.
