Saturday Night Drift Show at Castelletto di Branduzzo
Nissan Skylines and BMW M3s steal the show in Italy with a cloud of tire smoke.
Located just south of Pavia (between Milan and Genoa) in Italy, the Castelletto di Branduzzo circuit regularly plays host to a slew of auto-related events. The most recent was a drift show where M3s and Skylines took center stage. The BMW M3s on display included the E92, E46, E36 and E30 generations along a slick E36 turbo. As for the Nissans on display, they included a 200SX, Silvia S14 Turbo and a pair of Skylines in the R33 and R34 generations.
Videographer NM2255 also notes that there was a Ford Escort Cosworth and a pair of Subaru Impreza STi models at the Italian event as well. In short, it was a sideways-driving extravaganza, and a refreshing change from the usual lap-time-obsessed circuit racing that is one of Italy's favorite pastimes.
