Published: Jul 04, 2012
Description: The Saleen S7 first hit production in 2000 and was the only car in their lineup not based on an existing chassis. It still stands as a badge of honor for American supercars. This particular S7 is one ...

Thats one badass V8
Oscar Galvan Jul 04, 2012
Is that not what they are? Or wheels, tires?
Justin Routh Jul 04, 2012
650 hp in a NA engine mmmmmmm
Den Zo Jul 04, 2012
@Tony: couldn't agree more!
Brady Fereday Jul 04, 2012
First super car I ever loved and will always love I love the the s7 :)
CiViCKiD89 Jul 15, 2012
I love saleen S7s! They are such beautiful cars.
Rudolf Dassler Jul 05, 2012
Well, they sure are lightweight, but still hideous. Just my opinion though.
Christopher Alex Mohamed Jul 04, 2012
Also these rims are custom made just for this car. You can't order rims from any rim/tire store for this car.
Kyle Smith Jul 04, 2012
In addition that makes them strong. Function, I find, is superior to form especially on a car as such. The fact is, these rims are expensive and there for a reason.
Kyle Smith Jul 04, 2012
Why would you make the remark that the rims aren't an improvement, Rudolf? Just because they aren't massively sized with bold aesthetic features doesn't mean they are cheap in the slightest of ways. These rims are likely forged and thus lightweight.
Rudolf Dassler Jul 04, 2012
I'm not quite sure if improvement is the right word... These wheels look like u couldn't afford nicer ones...
Jordan Jackson Jul 04, 2012
I have to agree with William on this one, there are only 4 of these cars with this tune from the factory, why on earth would you touch it?
William Forgham Jul 04, 2012
There should be a rule enforced by death, if there's less than ten still in existence, DON'T MODIFY IT.
Christoffer Wassberg Jul 04, 2012
Steve saleen made this car what it after he sold the saleen the only thing appealing to me was the 2006 mustang s281 and the s302e but i cant wait until he releases the sms line up so we can quit hearing about the gt500
Rudolf Dassler Jul 04, 2012
With this car, american engineers got it right, for once.. This thing is a beauty and a beast!
Matt Piccolo Jul 04, 2012
This is one of the American cars I ABSOLOUTLY love!!!
Antonio Falsetti Jul 04, 2012
Wheels are ugly. All the wheels in this article are hideous. The stock wheels are perfect don't change them.
Brady Fereday Jul 04, 2012
This car is so sexy :')
Carlton Salmon Jul 04, 2012
Looks pissed off...

If only I had the money...
Dale Fredriks Jul 05, 2012
I have to say, this and the jag XJ220 S are my favorite supercars ever. And funny enough, both are over 10 years old.
Patrick Joseph Jul 04, 2012
I never gave much thought to this car. But what a machine this is. It's definitely something I would go for.
Zack Hickman Jul 04, 2012
I dislike the rims.
James Jay Putnam Jul 04, 2012
Love that interior
Patrick Joseph Jul 04, 2012
That many vents on a Camry would look silly. In this case I don't think they are out of place. The car looks like nothing else.
Matthew Malyapa Jul 04, 2012
I like the way it looks but I prefer the regular rims
Wyatt Gordon Jul 04, 2012
Its not ugly, its just too fiddly and busy and not enough curves. Too many vents as well, but if theyre functional thats okay
ShaneVenhorst Jul 04, 2012
I agree that aestheticly, it looks to busy with all those vents, but as long as they're functional than I have no problem with it.
Jordan Jackson Jul 04, 2012
That and it follows Saleens design scheme
Brady Fereday Jul 04, 2012
It's for cooling yo
Terrance Parker Jul 04, 2012
To many vents if there is such a thing
Jordan Jackson Jul 04, 2012
You mean an Agera lolls like it... Since this came out in 2000
Charles Pope Jul 04, 2012
It looks a lot like an Agera...
Dillon Magee Jul 04, 2012
The S7 is amazing. And the rims aren't too bad either.
Buddy Robinson Jul 04, 2012
So it kicks off their rear bumpers? , i get your drift tho
Jordan Jackson Jul 04, 2012
Yea, 10 years old and could still kick the ass of most supercars that are out today
Brady Fereday Jul 04, 2012
Terrance you don't know what your talking about and you have to remember that this car is 10 years old
Matthew Malyapa Jul 04, 2012
Reminds me of a jag xj220 from this angle
Zach Hoffman Aug 19, 2013
The mustangs in the back are very distracting
Zack Hickman Jul 04, 2012
Yeah it does. A lot
Samuel Reid Jul 04, 2012
Looks like 1/18 car ^^
Matthew Malyapa Jul 04, 2012
Looks like the m1 racer
Killian Wright Jul 04, 2012
M1 on the right?
Malachi Monteiro Jul 04, 2012
I really like the S7, it's just so damn cool!
Stephen Mysko Jul 04, 2012
I agree with you on that one mike
Mike Oswald Jul 04, 2012
Gladly take that '00 R behind it
Peter Mark Gacek Jul 04, 2012
I'll have all of them
Wyatt Gordon Jul 04, 2012
Ill have the ford gt
Christian De Prisco Jul 04, 2012
I like what is lurking in the back there...
