I liked the styling of the Firebird better than the Camaro's at this point, but the Camaro was the one with the better options and bigger engines.
I don't get how the same people who call the Veyron ugly think this is good looking. To me looks are an important part of choosing a car and I'd definitely pass this one over.
People don't realize how long these cars were, and as for handling... Well for the technology at the time, they were great (compared to ford) now with aftermarket, they eat corners like I do bacon! :)
Ehhh. I wouldn't say they handle well bone stock. These things have quite a bit of body roll. BUT suspension parts aren't expensive and REALLY easy to install. Great platform to build on though all around. Sometimes I wish I had IRS, but I'll be ok.
I have never driven one, but I heard they can handle decently by a couple people who own one. They also take to mods very well and have good straight line power even stock. I also like the sound of the LS1.
No offense to anyone but a lot of people (not all) with 4th gen camaros are douche bags. Never was a fan of the generation

Yeah these cars can handle! I have a 2002 that I'm starting to do some work on but even when it was bone dry stock it could eat those mountain curves up.
I doubt that considering I've experienced otherwise but whatever... I don't want to start a huge argument so I'm just gunna let it go
Can't handle? Magazines tested these cars, and all say it had world class brakes and suspension.
I forget exactly what happened (I'll post latter) but it would have cost more than the car was worth to fix it

Abraham is right. The 67s had circular blinkers In the grill while the 68s had rectangular blinkers. The 69 (like this one) were different. This was the only year of this exact style. This seems to be most peoples favorite Camaro, including mine!
@Josh I was referring to Camaros in general not this particular model. But you're right probably cause I hate Chevys.
As of today avg. premium is only $0.78 a gallon in Kuwait city. Perfect place for an 8mpg car, I bet an ev is laughable over there.

The 67's had the triangle window in the front and they got rid of it with te 68 models because of complaints of air leaking through. Both 67 and 68 had the same body line on the side that was lower than this 69's body line.
My uncles 67' has retractable headlamps, only one circle, then as I belive smaller ones below that, I really don't see his car with the lights showing though
I think early Camaros had dual circular headlamps, the smaller one being the blinker, then the 68s had a rectangular blinkers...
67 68 were not as curved on the sides as this and they had two rectangular fog lamps between the head lights if you cant spot 67 68 are harder to tell apart but yiu should know a 69 within two seconds of seeing it
This is a 69. The 67 and 68 had the small triangle window that could open right behind the a pillar.
Is this a 67 or a 68? It definitely isn't a 69 because the grille is different

The 2013 had led bars in the headlights, no real grills in the upper/lower grille area and the splitter is huge on the new one. So this lies in 2011-2012. Not that anyone cares.

"Alawadi" appears again in the last photo, and looks alot like a logo, which makes me think they are perhaps a Dubai based muscle car tuner. Just a guess though.
The car's color I would say it's magnificent, heck it even matches the License Plates.

I believe this is a 71 or 72. They were pretty similar in looks. The 73 and 74s had a different (and ugly IMO) front end.

It's a 71 or 72 Chevelle or El Camino. You need the rest of the car to tell and at least the marker lights to tell the year.
