BMW M3 DTM in Matte Black by PSI

The classic Bimmer looks great in a throwback jersey.

Precision Sport Industries has re-created one of the most impressive and stylish DTM racers in motorsport history. Using a 1:18 scale model as a guide, the Winter Park, Florida-based tuning company took a BMW E30 M3 and transformed it into a replica of Kurt Thiim's 1988 DTM racer. The classic M3 project consists of a wide array of customizations and modifications built specifically for the custom job, highlighted by a 3M matte black wrap in throwback race livery with Lamborghini Peal Yellow striping.

Mods include a full custom exhaust, RD Sport RHD headers, Euro 3.5 HFM injectors, S52 Swap with OBD 1 conversion, TC Kline Racing SA coil-over suspension, Recaro Pole Position seats and a set of 17-inch 3-piece Hartge wheels. The comprehensive project is captured on camera by Garret Wade and Justin Morrison for PSI.
