Forget all that. What about 13" wide in the back? I had 315 on my 10.5. Wonder what will fit 13. 355?
Bruce ford had a road going version in the 60s with only 305 bhp and the ford gt in 2005 was a beast also. Ford also power the cobra road cars in the 60s and the S7 in 2002
Ford had the thunderbird, which was fairly performance oriented. They do need something knew though
I agree Bill but the Mustang has been Ford's only hi-po sports coupe since 1964; the GT40 was a race car Chevy has always has the Corvette & Camaro; now Dodge has the Viper & Challenger

Why did they have to rivet the bogus inlet on the good? They would have created a real, fully functional one that was naturally built into the hood... Outside of that... Not a bad job, but isn't it outshined by the 1000hp one?
On another site it says this Mustang has 345 rear. I hope Ford is taking notes. Mustangs are notorious for not being able to put the power down, I bet with a 345 rear that won't be much of an issue.
And now that I think about it... I don't think that hood scoop is functional... :-/
Well this I my question.. I don't remember reading it at all, but is that hood scoop functional? If not, then it's kinda lame, but If so it fits. Idk just my opinion. But I do see whether they should've used one or the other not both.
I don't think that's nit picking at all Bill, the hood is a big part of any car and I agree this one doesn't really look great
With the wider rear it just seems more..... Race worthy. And aggressive to its competition.

Whoever did that part should be fired. Sort of an insult to Shelby to tack on a high drag fake scoop on that car.
