The vette does change, look at the differences between the c1-c3 body styles all completely different, of course after the c4 they followed the same general shape with minor changes.
Its timeless & a classic body style! Hell, you can say the same thing about the Corvette, it never changes
Look at the bright side, at least we will never be surprised when new Porsches come out, just expect a beetle lookalike.
If you can easily spot small details you'll see they're are different front air intake bars as well as the classic reflector bar at the rear which seems to have LEDs incorporated in the entire strip.

No Darrell, it's not just you.. It's anyone with eyes and taste. Unquestionably nicer than the already impressive standard carrera. You just can't beat that extra stance the wider rear gives

I like the fact that the overall design haven't changed much. Like the Jeep Wrangler or VW GTI it's a car that continues to evolve incrementally.
By the way i dont mean to start any arguments, it looks good, its just, posche hasnt changed the design of the 911 since the late 80s, youd think theyd update it once in a while

If I had a Porsche, I would never use cruise control. In fact, I would take the whole system out and save some weight
That cruise control sensor is going to be blocked by US license plates.
I wouldn't use the adaptive cruise control if I had this. I'd take every chance I had to drive it
One little thing that I like about this is the laser guided cruse control housing is in the center of the bumper, instead of Chryslers placement of off to the right, just somthing little, but...

Aside from design, the 911 is the only sportscar/supercar that you can functionally drive everyday with exceptional reliability. It is an extremely easy car to drive unlike most cars at this performance level and can master any racetrack.
@connor- 911 has a definitive handling characteristics... no car can slingshot out of a corner like a 911. An average driver would not be able to appreciate the strength of this rear engine icon, but in the right hands it's breathtaking...

A rich history. It's already a great design, no need for change here. If you want radical design change, go visit Kia or something. If all your going to do is complain about the design, don't even bother to open the article. It's that simple.

This is my last comment on this useless thread. All I was alluding to was they could use an overhaul to make people say wow that is different. Only Porsche in my opinion that does that is the GT.

No reason to mess with perfection. Theres a reason the design hasnt changed much, theres a reason people keep going back, theres a reason theyre some of the best drivers cars. Educate yourself about porsche first
Ok the joe thats where youre wrong. Not every 911 has been beautiful and they all dont look the same. Yea the designs are similar compared to other cars through the generations but each one does look different and you cant say they are the same.

Im with Christian, I like the debadged look. Alot cleaner. Although if I had one would probable leave porshe or carrera on it.
I respect your opinion, but I like it. It's annoying when you have a general idea what you're looking at but not the exact model. This spells it out clearly. And being an obsessive person about symmetry, the placement of the lettering is great.
I just wouldn't like all that on the rear, perhaps just PORSCHE is enough
