Hennessey's Viper on Steroids Goes Custom in Canada

Tunerworks utilizes some solid HRE Wheels in their latest aftermarket program.

With a 650-horsepower V10, most would call the Hennessey Venom 650R more than powerful enough. After all, the modified Viper can run the 0-60 in just 3.3 seconds and the quarter-mile in 11.2 seconds at 131.5 mph - that is, assuming the driver is skilled enough to put all that power down. The Canucks over at Tunerworks, however, see room to improve even further. Most of the Calgary-based firm's enhancements, though, come down to fresh rolling stock.

Tunerworks has given the Viper Venom a fresh yellow finish and a set of HRE wheels. The new HRE P45SC wheels measure 19 inches across and are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. The grippy rubber should help the Venom stay on the straight and narrow as it approaches its terminal velocity of 211 mph, but even sitting still the HRE rims already look like they're doing their job pretty darn well.
