McLaren Reveals Bespoke Project 8

MP4-12C and F1 have been given matching bespoke treatment by McLaren Special Operations.

Perhaps best known for the one-off X1, the McLaren Special Operations division offers a full range of customization options ranging from unique paint jobs and special trim packages to complete packages like the MP4-12C High Sport edition. All in all, MSO handles about one in every ten McLarens sold, but this latest project is something else. Referred to as Bespoke Project 8, the effort started when one client had MSO fix up his F1. He liked the results so much, he had the same treatment applied to his MP4-12C.

Little in the way of details were released, but from these pictures shot by Tomirri Photography we can see that both McLaren supercars have been given white paint jobs with red and carbon fiber trim, ventilated front fenders, unique alloys and an interior with red and white leather upholstery, carbon-fiber steering wheel and red carbon-fiber trim on the center stack. The bottom line is that this anonymous owner must really love white and red, but nobody will ever mistake this pair for someone else's.
