Audi has the Allroad range.
Subaru has the Outback.
Volkswagen has the Cross line.
Volvo calls its soft-roaders Cross Country, and has now applied the treatment to the V40, the Swedish automaker's (relatively) new sport-wagon. The resulting V40 XC, like the larger XC70 wagon, incorporates a higher ride height (up by 40 mm to 173) and darkened lower body cladding with aluminum skid plates, along with a honeycomb grille and available 19-inch alloys.
