Look at it this way, if you had to pick one car for the track AND everyday driving, are you picking this or a ZR1? (btw, I'm not a ZR1 fanboy). At least the ZR1 has REAL carbon fiber and can, oh I don't know, not wet itself at the thought of a turn.
I was downright ashamed of the latest GT500 and its archaic rear suspension. Mustang tuners continue to do the same things they've been doing for years; bolt on a ton of HP and totally ignore the suspension, handling, aerodynamics, etc. Pitiful...
And fake carbon fiber accents? Really Shelby? Any serious car enthusiast over age 13 would laugh at the fake carbon fiber and the ridiculous stickers. Sure you can remove them but you're still left with a dragster that can't do anything but go fast.
Oh wow, another 3 Billion HP Mustang!! Yawn... You never see anyone do anything seriously interesting with the Mustang anymore, including Shelby. Just rehashes of classics or 1,000 HP grenades designed to do everything except turn into a corner.
Screw gas mileage when you got money to burn. Looking at this car makes me wish I had money to burn. Dammit! That's a badass mustang.
As great as it is I'd still take the Shelby Super Snake over this - I'm in love with how awesome the front end of that car looks.

The fake carbon fiber hydro-dipped body pieces are pretty lame on a car with over 960rwhp

I've never heard of invicta? But anyways IMO this looks like a regular (and quite ugly IMO) watch with a Shelby cymbal thrown on it to make it "special"

Tastefully? Tacky? It based off a 1000hp Shelby Mustang! Forget a Rolex or some fancy silver or gold watch. I prefer mine to be sporty, and manly. And nothing says that more than a watch with Shelby on it!
