Looks modern and great IMO!
Kwesi Desmond Prempeh Sep 09, 2012
Erich. Let's keep to critising cars and not countries. Your name suggests a German Bias. Mercedes haven't had the best build quality ratings. However this is not a reflection of the nation. The second and first world war were way before your time!!!
Alexander Gomez Sep 09, 2012
Ehh, I'd prefer the older model.
Matt Piccolo Sep 09, 2012
I'll take an evoque and keep the extra cash... They look a million times better
Isaias Almanza Sep 09, 2012
I'd bet most of the people who say that Land Rovers are getting less capable off road don't even know what a center diff lock is. The new Land Rovers are amazing off road. Add some front and rear lockers and you can go just about anywhere.
Charlton Cruz Sep 08, 2012
nice looking design but way overpriced
Ray Liu Sep 08, 2012
Car of the worst reliability. The brand can not even survive if ignorant Chinese buyers stopped buying
Josh Banning Sep 08, 2012
Why do people think Land Rovers are getting worse off road. If anything they're getting better
Logan LeMonnier Sep 08, 2012
I'm barely seeing the explorer. In a couple weeks it's really grown on me looks wise
Dylan Bruder Sep 08, 2012
They are what you call the worst reliability rating behind even lotus at least last I checked for multiple years in a row
Dillon Magee Sep 08, 2012
I think it looks good, but that the last gens front was better.
Nathan Geiter Sep 08, 2012
The sad thing is that these keep getting less an less off road capable. Looks okay tho.
Ken Kirtland Sep 08, 2012
Say what you want. i think this is by far the most beautiful SUV ever built the headlights are astonishing as well as every other angle. the stats are magnificent and its capped off with a beautiful engine and capabilities far and beyond that of its competitors. lets not even get me started on the interior!! wow! just wow! i would definantly buy this if i was in the financial position, it is far a...
Zachary Maurer Sep 08, 2012
@john nick and Brandon, idk me either, I think it looks fine, no I wouldn't buy it, but that dosent mean I hate it
Carlton Sofocusedon Green Sep 08, 2012
Not a fan of the new headlights. Its really evoque-ish. Takes away from the brawn of the prev gen. And it looks like they flattened out the gills
Dylan Bruder Sep 08, 2012
Ugly but land rovers are garbage anyways they can do some amazing off road stuff but not for long because it's back to the shop
Matthew Malyapa Sep 08, 2012
im seeing ford explorer here :(
Matt Piccolo Sep 08, 2012
Not as bad as the teasers but I'm not in love
John Serely Sep 08, 2012
Same here, Brandon. I think it looks good, and Adam, if you think it looks the same as the prev gen, then you must not have known much about it!
Nick Schnee Sep 08, 2012
Me neither, Brandon.
Thibault Leroy Sep 08, 2012
It looks like they tried to put evoque style headlights on it

29 speakers? Wow
Arz Azar Sep 14, 2012
What do guys think of the new Range Rover?
Renan Barreto Sep 09, 2012
You can raise the current HSE supercharged. It sits higher than my stock wrangler on it highest mode.
Matt Piccolo Sep 09, 2012
The evoque is pretty darn capable off road, maybe not as good as this but for almost 20k less, I'll take an evoque for almost as good off road ability and WAY better looks
Andrew Morales Sep 08, 2012
Yeah, get the evoque (a crossover) if you want an off roader.. Makes perfect sense
Logan LeMonnier Sep 08, 2012
Yeah the evoque isn't that great for offroading. It's more for looks
darrellbell24 Sep 08, 2012
@Zachary no, the truck comes with the ability to lower the height manually so whoever took the picture just had it lowered to look better. I love it from this angle
Nathan Geiter Sep 08, 2012
Much better view!
Zachary Maurer Sep 08, 2012
As I believe, when the car is in park it lowers the suspension by like 2 or 3 inches to allow the passengers to get out easier, probably y its ride highly is lower than a smart car right now
darrellbell24 Sep 08, 2012
looks so good in this color
Dylan Bruder Sep 08, 2012
Looks better in black actually
Matt Piccolo Sep 08, 2012
Looks great from here
Thibault Leroy Sep 08, 2012
I kinda like it but theyre turning it into a just luxury SUV and no longer an offroad one
Description: The US market will again have a choice of two V8 engines: a naturally-aspirated 5.0-liter unit rated at 375 horsepower and 375 pound-feet of torque, and a supercharged variant with 510 hp and 461 lb-f...

We need to get the TDV8 stateside!
Mike Ulickey Sep 08, 2012
You were right with 420...
Andrew Morales Sep 08, 2012
This version is 420kg lighter.. Read the article hah
Logan LeMonnier Sep 08, 2012
37 mpg for a range rover is pretty incredible even if it's a diesel hybrid
Michael Page Sep 08, 2012
37 mpg's! Diesel hybrid I know, but those numbers impress me.
Zachary Maurer Sep 08, 2012
Ya, it's amazing what automakers can do with cars now, this at 5.1 seconds to 60, and the Mercedes gl63 hits 60 in 4.9 seconds
Tim Preisinger Sep 08, 2012
5.1? Damn that's fast for something as big as this is
John Serely Sep 08, 2012
That's for the supercharged variant, which somewhat competes with the X5M, ML63, and Cayenne Turbo, which all have low 4-second runs to 60, so it's good but not as good as its competitors. Then again, this is much better offroad and more practical
Christopher Melendez Sep 08, 2012
dam the old range rover sport sc did 5.9 to 60 now the bigger heavier version is faster. i wanna see how fast the new range rover sport will be
Description: Despite still being a proper off-roader, a new suspension, an anti-body roll system and sound-deadening gives the new Range Rover a best-in-class wind and road noise and levels of refinement Rolls Roy...

Haha yah they're nice but do have a lot of problems.
Logan LeMonnier Sep 08, 2012
And isn't 71k pounds like 100k us dollars?? That's a huge increase unless I'm missing something
Logan LeMonnier Sep 08, 2012
@carlton I'm guessing after 6 months it broke down
Paul Dickey Sep 08, 2012
They're expensive but not overpriced.
Carlton Sofocusedon Green Sep 08, 2012
They are expensive for a reason. I drove one for six months....Theres almost nothing you cant do in this.
Thibault Leroy Sep 08, 2012
These are way too expensive
Jacob Burford Nov 24, 2012
Love the looks from this angle!
Brodz Pryce Nov 09, 2012
Shut up erich...yr stupid.Thats an awesome car
Matt Piccolo Sep 08, 2012
I like It minus the weird silver panel on the side
John Serely Sep 08, 2012
I think it looks great
Isaias Almanza Sep 09, 2012
Needs sway-bar disconnects. :)
Jon Ashley Sep 08, 2012
This shot looks like it belongs in one of the disney cars movies
Nathan Geiter Sep 08, 2012
Explorer tail lights?
Zachary Maurer Sep 08, 2012
Uhhhh let's find the exhaust outlet everyone!
Carlton Sofocusedon Green Sep 08, 2012
I miss the real side gills
Dylan Bruder Sep 08, 2012
What's wrong with the back? And I don't really even like this car it looks ok
Ashen Fonseka Sep 08, 2012
I think it's fine change the rims to the previous pictures
John Serely Sep 08, 2012
I like it too, Brandon. I think it looks great
Nilesh Agrawal Sep 08, 2012
The rear is pathetic!!
Ali Siddiq Sep 08, 2012
If it aint broke dont fix it. What the hell were they thinking
Carlton Sofocusedon Green Sep 08, 2012
Looks too crossover -ish
Matthew Malyapa Sep 08, 2012
theyve ruined it at least its not as bad as bentlys suv
Jacob Burford Nov 24, 2012
Apart from the rear headlights, I don't see and explorer of flex in it.
Matthew Crighton Sep 09, 2012
It just looks like a slightly less boxy ford flex
Matt Piccolo Sep 09, 2012
I really don't see explorer here lol, looks better than an explorer
Greg Kenerly Sep 08, 2012
Still rather have the Evoque. Half the money. Same prestige. Except for those massaging chairs...
Sam Hansen Sep 08, 2012
CarBuzz users - we get that you guys think that this looks like a Ford!
Ron Vinson Sep 08, 2012
Definitely Explorer taillights but still very well executed. Great evolution.
John Serely Sep 08, 2012
Your right, brandon
Elias Harb Sep 08, 2012
Range rover sport + explorer taillights
Jacob Burford Nov 24, 2012
Best SUV interior by a long shot!
