Description: We've seen a few all-wheel drive supercars take on the harsh winter snow lately but we still think it'd be even more fun to go in something with rear-wheel drive for an icy spin. As it turns...Add Comments9
Jorge GonzalezJan 11, 2013 Yea especially by his incoherent writing, what a tool.
Tn NgJan 11, 2013 Lol. Dont think he's intelligent much.
Tyler TarboxJan 10, 2013 @Dillon. Can you please make one intelligent comment?
Colby ChurchJan 10, 2013 My friend and I wrecked his Z06 (well he did) one night in Charlotte NC and we were just fine. :) Luckily it wasn't too serious though, but we did end up on a island in a parking lot. Lol
Wayne Joseph BoreanJan 10, 2013 I can't wait - the lake should be solid in another week, and I'm looking forward to driving to Quebec.
Lou GuerreroJan 10, 2013 Shelby's been drinking a bunch of Hater-ade lately lol I've heard of Glocks referred to as fantastic plastics.
Zeus MochaJan 10, 2013 I never heard fiberglass casket. That sounds pretty awesome yet at the same time giving me images of crashing scenes.
Description: Aside from being equipped with a set of snow tires for the slippery occasion, this Z06 is completely stock. If anyone manages to do something similar anywhere in the world this winter, we do recommend...Add Comments21
tylergrandstaffJan 14, 2013 God Colby would you please shut up.
Colby ChurchJan 11, 2013 And LOL at everyone who ever said "Yeah, but you can't drive a Corvette in the snow." Suck it! :P
Colby ChurchJan 11, 2013 It's white with black wheels, and I'm debating painting it yellow, because I love black/yellow. It makes I believe around 550rwhp is what he said. It's clean and only $17,500. Has 94k miles. Might drive it for a year, then get my buddy to rebuild it.
Colby ChurchJan 11, 2013 Just te keft headlighr assembly was like $1,100. Total damage cost was like $10k, so I let them have it. It was my fault for not buying tires sooner, they were bald. But I'm probably about to buy a pro charged 99 Vette next.
Colby ChurchJan 11, 2013 @Jimmy It was bone stock, but I was saving up to modify it. My tire blew on the way home from work at 60mph, car just did a 360, messed up the front, but nothing serious. But the damage exceeded 75% of the value so it was technically "totaled".
Matt PiccoloJan 11, 2013 If we're talking the n/a than no, they weren't very fast, but the twin turbos were pretty damn quick cars....
Matt PiccoloJan 11, 2013 @ jimmy, a 95 tt 300zx is a pretty damn fast car for the money, what's your point?
Jorge GonzalezJan 11, 2013 300zx is quick, if its got twin turbos.
Jimmy CaseJan 11, 2013 Or Matt's version of speed a 95 300zx
Author Norman R. ColsonJan 11, 2013 Looks dangerous... Why a corvette on a frozen lake someone looking to die
Tyler TarboxJan 10, 2013 @Colby. Your '02 Corvette "was" a beast? What happened to it?
Tyler TarboxJan 10, 2013 Completely agree with you Jimmy. Classic ricer boys who think there cars are hot shit when really they are heaps of junk. Although usually they have never actually been in a real car so they wouldn't know any better
Colby ChurchJan 10, 2013 Absolutely Jimmy. My stock 2002 Corvette was a beast. I beat 600cc bikes and every car I ever raced with no problems. People underestimate Vettes so much. I love jumping in one and proving people wrong though. It's part of the fun. ;)
Paul PickardJan 10, 2013 I've been in a 11' Z06 and second and third gear are amazing. I know there is much faster cars but I really can't imagine how much faster you wanna go in a street car. Interior was pretty nice. Seats are inadequate for the car tho.
Jimmy CaseJan 10, 2013 I think that sums up everyone who "tunes" Hondas etc. They feel like they are going to fast and they think, there's no way it's that much faster to this. I think everyone needs a drive in a base model corvette before they judge fast.
Pablo HerasmeJan 10, 2013 Hes probably amazed at how it drove; he got too excited or probably never drove one
Tyler TarboxJan 10, 2013 Yeah that's just someone who obviously doesn't know cars at all
Ryan FaberJan 10, 2013 This is kinda off subject but earlier today a customer pulled up to my work in a new scion frs. Once he came inside I started to ask him about how he liked the car. He says, oh man its quick! I said, Really? He goes yeah its faster than a corvette! I just looked at him and said WOW thats awesome and walked away disappointed at the fact that I couldnt carry out a conversation with the guy anymore. ...
Colby ChurchJan 11, 2013 C7 in just 2 more days!!!! :D
Colby ChurchJan 11, 2013 @Jimmy The centennial wheels look great. Also referred to as the reverse spyder wheels. They are based off of the Z06 spyder wheels. So awesome. I hope I can afford a C7 ZR1 in 2015 or 2016. If not I'll get a C6 Z06 and mod it or a base C7. :)
Colby ChurchJan 11, 2013 Don't waste time trying to fight and call names, it won't accomplish a thing except getting you more frustrated. You don't actually hope to get through to him do you? Because if so, that's probably a lost cause my friends...
Colby ChurchJan 11, 2013 Ryan, Jorge, William, easyyy guys... Lol. People are always going to have their own opinions, regardless of if they are wrong or it's a seemingly ignorant statement, it's going to happen. Just grit your teeth, shake your head, and ignore them.
William DownsJan 11, 2013 Im pretty sure the corvette was using the quad taillights long before ferrari.. sonits the other way around tool
Yea especially by his incoherent writing, what a tool.
Lol. Dont think he's intelligent much.
Wow low man
