Should the answer be a real shock to anyone?

Most everyone has their favorite supercar. Whether it's how it looks or how it performs, the subject of supercars amongst gearheads can be highly personal. However, it's hard if not damn near impossible to deny that Aston Martin builds some of the most gorgeous cars in the industry today. So perhaps it should come as no surprise to learn that the 2013 Aston Martin Vanquish has won the title of "The Most Beautiful Supercar of the Year" at the Festival Automobile International in Paris.

The stunning coupe was awarded the top prize after the judges deemed it to be the finest example of "art and automobile" from this year. The British automaker was especially pleased to win the award again (the Rapide won in 2011) due to it celebrating its centenary year. The new Vanquish is powered by a front-mid mounted 6.0-liter V12 that produces 565 horsepower. It's covered in an all-new carbon-fiber body that'll easily cause Agent 007 himself to blush with envy. US pricing starts at $279.995 and although that ain't cheap, its owners will know they're driving something far, far better than the rest of us.
