Doesn't baht mean anyone could somehow buy/steel/illegally buy a toe truck like that and pick up really expensive cars and get a new key cut (like if you've lost your keys) and sell the really expensive car

Those are probably illegal in America because it would be way too easy for someone to steal cars. I actually think its a horrible idea for a tow truck.

Story has to be false. Notice the top path handicapped sign is pretty far under the car, and they use machines to paint those, which would not of fit under the car.
