Kia Cross GT Concept Hits the Web

Kia's latest concept is a clear indicator that it intends to pursue more premium models in the near future.

Set to have its official live debut later today at the Chicago Auto Show, images of Kia's new Cross GT Concept have managed to leak online a few hours ahead of schedule. From what we can tell, this new concept seems to have a more premium look to it while still retaining the automaker's now signature Tiger Nose front-end design. Kia has stated very clearly it fully intends to move its model lineup in a more upscale direction and having a premium crossover these days is essential in order to be in that club.

No other details have been released just yet, but judging by these images, we're already digging the interesting glass roof design, sleek headlights and the overall more aggressive styling. More details to come later today or tomorrow.
