Leib Engineering has unveiled its GT 500 program for the BMW
Performance upgrades come in the form of a stainless-steel exhaust system featuring
a 100-cell HJS catalyst, X-pipe with center silencers and a rear silencer with
vacuum-controlled flaps. The driver can also control the volume of the system
via the car’s M button. The exhaust adds 27 hp to the 4.0-liter V8 and, along
with a remapped ECU, total output increases from 414 to 470 horsepower.
