  • Bentley Partners With Vertu To Make $17K Smart Phone  (Oct 16, 2014) @Brittany, it's all about exclusivity. You can put diamonds all over a Nokia, but everyone and their mom has one. You can put really nice rims on a Camry, but it's still a Camry. I'm not saying the phone is worth it, but only a few will have them.
  • Video: Lamborghini Aventador Almost Hits an Audi  (Nov 28, 2011) Shawn, I'll easily let your teenage thought process down before the real world does it harshly. Thats not how the legal or insurance industry works. Actually, it's quite the opposite. Individuals with money generally win over small minds like yourself. I'm sure that man has so much money he'd be able to somehow file a suite against you even if it was his fault.
  • Up for Auction: Chevrolet T70GT Mk IIIB Endurance Racing Coupe  (Nov 21, 2011) I can't believe you guys are this incapable of thinking logically. Just because an engine is smaller doesn't mean it's quieter. Not to mention, we're talking about PERFORMANCE cars, not your mom's Prius. When was the last time any of you have been to a race? Try and tell me any of those cars are quiet and mild sounding. Have you ever seen a Ferrari or AMG mercedes in person? yep they're sooo quiet. I'm sure the only times you've seen or heard a 1960-something muscle car it was loud, right? Yea
  • Up for Auction: Chevrolet T70GT Mk IIIB Endurance Racing Coupe  (Nov 19, 2011) More like, gone are the days that race cars had to increase displacement for minimal gains. New technology allows us to have smaller engines that are more powerful due to higher efficiency. This means less weight and better handling. Would you rather have a big old phone, or a new, smaller, light weight smart phone that is 1/4 the thickness and way more powerful while also having better battery life? Argue about the looks all you want, but new cars are better performing and more aerodynamic
  • SP Engineering Upgrades Ferrari GTB to GTO Standards; Called GTX  (Oct 08, 2011) Shane, I can tell you're very confused because Flowmaster is a company, not a part.
  • SP Engineering Upgrades Ferrari GTB to GTO Standards; Called GTX  (Oct 08, 2011) Ken, every engine has a volumetric efficiency that gets exponentially more difficult to increase. I don't expect you to understand this if you're not an engineer. You can cram all the oxygen you want into it, it doesn't meant it'll be fully burned in the cycle. There's a lot of factors that go into it that most auto enthusiasts don't realize without actually taking an engine analysis course.
  • SP Engineering Upgrades Ferrari GTB to GTO Standards; Called GTX  (Oct 08, 2011) No Ken, I live in America. Exhaust consists of any gasses exiting the motor. Do you know what unequal length headers are called? An EXHAUST MANIFOLD! I don't know who you learned from but they certainly don't know what they're talking about. Keep on telling yourself what you want, but headers ARE part of the exhaust system. Just like catalytic converters, waste gates, down pipes, mid pipes....anything that carries exhaust gasses.
  • SP Engineering Upgrades Ferrari GTB to GTO Standards; Called GTX  (Oct 08, 2011) Ken, there is need to upgrade cars like these because they already come from the factory with extremely high flowing intake/exhaust systems. Not to mention, the engine is so perfectly balanced that upgrading to a stroker kit could actually reduce the performance. You're complaining saying that it doesn't have enough power? Go be a bench racer elsewhere. Btw, headers are part of the exhaust system.
  • Two New Subaru Turbo Engines Coming  (Sep 23, 2011) No Alanda, it's not to lower the center of gravity. The purpose is to keep the air temperature lower because the heat rising of the engine can significantly reduce the efficiency when it's placed higher. Besides, lowering 30lbs of equipment on a 3500lb+ vehicle will virtually do nothing as far as the center of gravity goes.
  • 2014 Mustang Will be Modern, Not Retro; All-New Customizer Website  (Sep 18, 2011) Jack, speed has nothing to do with rice. Rice is all about hideous, tacky, overdone looks regardless of the engine.
  • 2014 Mustang Will be Modern, Not Retro; All-New Customizer Website  (Sep 18, 2011) Dale, do you even know what a ricer is? Supras are some of the most riced cars out there.
  • Drag Race Tuesdays: Ferrari F430 vs. BMW X6 M  (Aug 30, 2011) Why are any of you surprised? Lots of power + AWD = incredible acceleration and speed. It's like when people strip out a WRX and build the engine up to 600hp and then smoke Lambos. No shit it's going to be fast, it's like an AWD go-kart.
  • Expensive Rides: Bugatti Veyron Super Sport Goes For $3.4 Million  (Aug 14, 2011) How so Gregory? The vector wx3 is no longer made, doesn't mean it's worth the price.
  • Half Off: Ukrainians Cut Imported Cars in Half to Reduce Tax  (Aug 07, 2011) Philip... 1. Someone is mad they can't afford a BMW 2. Ever heard of sway and strut bars? They help to strengthen the chassis and make it more rigid. Why wouldn't you want it sturdier?
  • Half Off: Ukrainians Cut Imported Cars in Half to Reduce Tax  (Aug 07, 2011) Brady, that's actually incorrect. If welded properly, the weld metal is stronger than base metal it's joining together. However, proper fit-up and distortion prevention need to be taken into consideration.
  • Half Off: Ukrainians Cut Imported Cars in Half to Reduce Tax  (Aug 07, 2011) For the buyer's sake I hope that they use pulse mode to weld them back together and not short circuit. Otherwise there are going to be lots of really bad car crashes in Ukraine. I could see them using SMAW which would be hilarious.
  • Spied: 2012 Audi S8 Stripped Bare  (Jul 28, 2011) How is that retarded? A continental GT costs 2x as much. Not to mention it's a coupe, not a full sized sedan.
  • Spied: 2012 Audi S8 Stripped Bare  (Jul 28, 2011) Close Taylor, but Audi doesn't have a comparable vehicle to the S65 AMG. S8 = S600 RS8= S63 AMG
  • Wald International Presents Jaguar XJ X350 Black Bison Edition  (Jul 27, 2011) The wheels aren't chrome either, they're stainless (which technically contains somewhere around 12% chrome).
  • Hennessey Thinks Fast: Cadillac CTS-V Coupe That Has 1,000 Horses  (Jul 27, 2011) Shane, don't you find it ironic what you just said?
  • Hennessey Thinks Fast: Cadillac CTS-V Coupe That Has 1,000 Horses  (Jul 27, 2011) Ryan, did you not read the part about the tuned suspension and brakes?
  • Wald International Presents Jaguar XJ X350 Black Bison Edition  (Jul 27, 2011) Ryan, there's no chrome on this car.
  • Ferrari 458 Italia Spider Convertible Rendered  (Jul 20, 2011) Bob, that was the most pathetic attempt to "casually" hint what car you have. Not to mention, if Ferrari took styling hints from a Honda, let alone from 20 years ago, they'd be out of business in no time. The NSX is only "cool" because it's a cheap mid engine car. It's also slow even when it was in it's prime.
  • First Details On The Next Generation Aston Martin DB9/DBS  (Jul 18, 2011) I know you've never been even in a 335i, otherwise you'd know why they cost more than a ford or chevy. The M3 is a performance car, but it's not marketed as the highest performing car you can buy. It's a combination of luxury, performance, styling and technology...all departments which Ford has been lacking in up until this year. Don't let your ignorance get in the way of common sense.
  • First Details On The Next Generation Aston Martin DB9/DBS  (Jul 18, 2011) Chris you're clearly no older than 16 and your narrow minded views are basically screaming it. First of all the E92 M3 was released in 2007 as the 2008 model; 4 years before the current mustang. Secondly, the M3 is miles beyond the mustang in terms of styling, interior quality, ride comfort and noise dampening. There's a reason why it costs more.
  • First Details On The Next Generation Aston Martin DB9/DBS  (Jul 18, 2011) Chris, what you said just defies every aspect of the companies you mentioned. First of all, Aston Martin was, is, and always will be a performance based luxury company. They're sports cars that also happen to be extremely luxurious. BMW has had the M division since '72 which is exclusively in regards to performance. Same goes for AMG and audi's S cars. I do agree when normal, non performance cars are re-done to be race inspired cars such as an E350 or an A5.
  • No Aftermarket Mod’s for the 2011 Mustang  (Jul 10, 2011) Luke, you may be in school to be a mechanic, but I can tell you've never actually dealt with a dealer. Generally, you can do modifications to pretty much anything but the power train and the warranty isn't voided unless you seriously modify it (such as replacing all the electronics or ECU modifications).
  • Rumor: BMW To Launch 2- And 4-Series  (Jun 16, 2011) Who cares, it's just the name of the car not the style. As a 335 owner I wouldn't care at all. Just means mines more distinct.
  • 2011 BMW M3 Frozen Black Limited Edition  (Jun 13, 2011) Yea I agree, it's not terribly priced considering there's only 20 of them out there. If you were to buy a new M3 and do the same thing you'd probably end up paying even more.
  • 2011 BMW M3 Frozen Black Limited Edition  (Jun 13, 2011) Lol so true Pedro. Not only that but there probably isn't even 4" of clearance in the wheel wells. This is a sports car Ben, not some riced out lowrider truck. It's not sitting high, I'm not quite sure what you're used to.
  • Tesla Releases Official Photos Of Model S Alpha  (Jun 08, 2011) Aston, performance is not an opinion.
  • Maserati Quattroporte Gets Boost From MR Car Design  (Jun 08, 2011) Yea Pedro, I was going to say I thought that all quattroportes have those side vents stock from Maserati. I know they're real on Gran Turismos so I'm assuming they're also functional on here as well.
  • Tesla Releases Official Photos Of Model S Alpha  (Jun 08, 2011) It's not a hole Kenny, see the reflection?
  • Tesla Releases Official Photos Of Model S Alpha  (Jun 08, 2011) Taylor, don't get mad because he made a few good points. Even Patrick agrees too. We were talking about their biased opinions, not how honest they are. Clarkson hates Porsche and you'll never hear him say a single good thing about them.
  • Tesla Releases Official Photos Of Model S Alpha  (Jun 08, 2011) Feel better Pedro? Lol I do agree with what you said about them being biased and lack of racing experience. Guys, go to YouTube and watch "super coupes time attack!" and listen to how different the commentary is between a real race car driver and the guys from top gear
  • Tesla Releases Official Photos Of Model S Alpha  (Jun 08, 2011) I agree with Pedro. How do you guys still like that show after they screwed over Tesla? Just an example of their ignorance toward what they don't like. Google "tesla lawsuit" and read about all the stuff they lied about. They basically gave the worst possible outcome for the car and said "thats how it is!" For example they said the cars range was 55 miles on their track but failed to say that's because they're racing it all out and normally it gets 210+ miles.
  • Video: Have Your Glasses Ready: BMW Z4 Gets A 3D Design  (Jun 08, 2011) Luis, then why are European companies like Switzer and Hammann tuning the GT-R?
  • Mosler Announces 2012 Raptor  (Jun 08, 2011) Ken, hennessey never got more than 820hp out of the LS7 and that was with replaced internals. The engine that is in the 1000hp Z06 is an LSX which is for aftermarket use. It includes extra rows of head-bolt holes per bank.
  • Official: Chrysler Repays Federal Loans   (May 25, 2011) Lol Patrick I want you try to see you defend that one. It doesn't matter which is "harder" to do, making billions of dollars from nothing in two years is way more impressive than that of an established company....which also happened to have lower profits.
  • Official: Chrysler Repays Federal Loans   (May 25, 2011) Pedro is right Patrick. Groupon is a more successful company by profits alone. They started from nothing, Chrysler was established and screwed themselves over. When they "restarted" they still had tons of capital from all the loans and not to mention all of their plants and equipment. Groupon had none of this. Also, he did originally say American success story, not automotive success story. If anything they should be ashamed. They lost tons of money and had to take a massive loan which they p

  • Unveiled: Aston Martin V12 Vantage Zagato  (May 23, 2011) They most certainly did. Get your facts straight if you're going to work for Porsche.
  • Unveiled: Aston Martin V12 Vantage Zagato  (May 23, 2011) Lol yes they did. And I thought you work for Porsche!
  • Unveiled: Aston Martin V12 Vantage Zagato  (May 23, 2011) Oh so it's a twin turbo now? Lol you're so pathetic.
  • Unveiled: Aston Martin V12 Vantage Zagato  (May 23, 2011) Jessica, you're trying to make fun of someone for driving a supercharged mustang and 335 when you drive a 10+ year old Porsche that sells for like $40k in show room condition? Lol you couldn't even afford a 996!
  • Unveiled: Aston Martin V12 Vantage Zagato  (May 23, 2011) No seriously, I feel bad for you seeing as you're mad 24/7. There are wonderful advances in the field of medicine in the past 5-10 years and your depression can be cured. See a doctor soon and you won't be so angry all the time.
  • Unveiled: Aston Martin V12 Vantage Zagato  (May 23, 2011) What's wrong Jessica? Are you mad that there are people on here who actually have nice cars or that your parents gave you a girls name?
  • Unveiled: Aston Martin V12 Vantage Zagato  (May 23, 2011) Jessica, no one believes you. You have the elegance of a club footed fat kid and your logic is inconsistent as many people have pointed out. Just look at your iPad comment. You found it relevant to aston's image that they give out iPads and i reminded you that Hyundai does too and you didn't seem to like that much.
  • Unveiled: Aston Martin V12 Vantage Zagato  (May 23, 2011) Hyundai gives you an iPad too. Btw, vw's can be serviced at Audi dealerships too. That means a 90's jetta can be serviced beside a v10 R8. Go pretend you're important elsewhere. Pedro was right, you're definitely a teenager with your stubborn logic.
  • Unveiled: Aston Martin V12 Vantage Zagato  (May 23, 2011) Jessica, go back and read what I said. I corrected myself.
  • Unveiled: Aston Martin V12 Vantage Zagato  (May 23, 2011) Jessica, the GT-R is faster around the ring than the DBS....also the koenigsegg CCX, 599 GTB Fiorino, and 911 turbo just to name a few. You're so right about it being as good as an altima
  • Unveiled: Aston Martin V12 Vantage Zagato  (May 23, 2011) Got the rs6 confused with the later s6. Regardless, you were originally comparing altima to a GT-R and saying they were on par with each other.
  • Unveiled: Aston Martin V12 Vantage Zagato  (May 23, 2011) Jessica you are retarded. You were originally comparing it to an altima. And yes, the RS6 is very close to Aston Martin quality. It's a V10 high performance luxury car.
