Hear the New Mustang GT Rev its V8(17 minutes ago)I like the more upscale appearance. It sounds amazing and looks the business. It's going to handle as well as haul ass. I also like the fact that ford has a legitimate performance parts catalogue that's more reasonably priced than anything for my car
Porsche Says 918 Will Always Be Hybrid(Dec 06, 2013)racing drivers don't make enough to buy these cars so who's buying them?i think an obligatory driving school at least should be included with the purchase of a hypercar.
Porsche Says 918 Will Always Be Hybrid(Dec 06, 2013)Porsche isn't in f1, f1 cockpits don't have doors or shoulder belts.these cars have more power than dedicated single purpose road race series cars. Almost 1000 hp driving around with non structural roof and no helmet, not very safe to me.
Porsche Says 918 Will Always Be Hybrid(Dec 06, 2013)These cars are made to go extremely fast and can do so with ease compared your average car.if you do what these cars are designed to do and end up sliding sideways into anything of substance, it's probably game over for you.
Porsche Says 918 Will Always Be Hybrid(Dec 06, 2013)The difference at which the velocities change is vastly different and that's what gets people into trouble, for those that aren't experienced drivers of such machines.these modern cars are astonishing, I just think their safety should be equally good
GM Dropping Chevrolet in Europe(Dec 05, 2013)I have to say the z28 is definitely the best looking of the big muscle, but ford did a good job in reworking the mustang which is significantly lighter than the camaro, it'll be interesting. The ss won't hold a candle tho.
2015 Ford Mustang is Here(Dec 05, 2013)Jon Luke-that's a little inaccurate, chally and camaro already have IRS, and Pontiac doesn't exist anymore.
2015 Ford Mustang is Here(Dec 05, 2013)If they would have made these look a little more like the current taillights it would be complete for me.
2015 Ford Mustang is Here(Dec 05, 2013)Agreed ryan about most Europeans ,driving around in asthmatic econoboxes or coal burners, defending cars they'll probably never be able to drive. Its not so easy to find arguments against American muscle anymore. It's laughable.
"Fast and Furious 7" On Hold Indefinitely(Dec 05, 2013)I didn't even know the guy, but watching him, I felt something about him was very special. It may be weird that I cry for a person I've never met, but I don't care. I know I'm not alone when I say I'm going to miss watching him.
"Fast and Furious 7" On Hold Indefinitely(Dec 05, 2013)Good call, very classy. I tried to watch a recent video somebody made on Facebook, with dirty money's I'm coming home, about Paul walker. I couldn't do it, as soon as I heard the song and saw his picture I just about broke down.
Final Zonda Revolucion Finished in Blue Naked Carbon Fiber(Dec 04, 2013)I agree joe totally, this is totally worth the money even tho I think spending millions of dollars on a car is ridiculous, this and the p1 are my exceptions. Veneno IMO isn't worth a quarter of the asking price, id even take an aventador over one.
Packard Plant Becoming Kick-Ass Go-Kart Track(Dec 04, 2013)There is a place in oc Maryland ,Jolly Roger, that has "f1" style karts, bigger slicks, suspension, they will definitely stick in the turns.i was only .2 off the track record when I went, 37.6 seconds for anyone that's been there.
Packard Plant Becoming Kick-Ass Go-Kart Track(Dec 04, 2013)What class are you trying to get in? There are some fairly inexpensive, I think it's called animal class or something like that, rotax karts are pricey depending on if you get used or new, but it's a spec class so it would be fun and competitive.
Fast and Furious 7 Will Continue Filming(Dec 02, 2013)Steven-I've read things about that car being very aggressive such as the clutch,I didn't realize it was that terrifying, but I do believe it.that car never did anything for me personally.
Fast and Furious 7 Will Continue Filming(Dec 02, 2013)I agree, powerful picture, could be interpreted as on the left side they're mourning Paul walker who is by himself on the right with his black skyline, ironically fitting. RIP Paul walker, so sad.
Mercedes G55 AMG Black Bison by Office-K(Nov 27, 2013)It's 12k weave carbon fiber, there are different weave patterns for carbon fiber depending on your application needs.12k doesn't look as good as 3k(smaller squares)weave pattern in this application. I would suspect this is really carbon fiber.
Slow Sales Won't Hurt the Viper's Future(Nov 27, 2013)Matt I agree, the price is way too much, about 50 grand too much. there isn't a jump in performance, or interior, that matches the jump in price. If I'm not mistaken the old acr retailed for about 110,000.
Struggling Lotus Gets Stay in the UK Money(Nov 26, 2013)Their latest 5 year plan depends on 7% annual growth, when it doesn't happen, they loosen up credit and add more of their own debt to their own economy, the west is actually in pretty good shape long term in comparison.
Struggling Lotus Gets Stay in the UK Money(Nov 26, 2013)Others also didn't have such a disparity between the groups that own these debts and the vast majority of their own people.everyones happy when times are good but the general population aren't the ones buying the debt.
Struggling Lotus Gets Stay in the UK Money(Nov 26, 2013)2) guide the whole process with the hand of the state, 3) employ industrial policies and state-directed finance to progress into more and more advanced sectors.
Struggling Lotus Gets Stay in the UK Money(Nov 26, 2013)The model, very generally speaking, functions like this: 1) capitalize on low wages to spark growth through exports and industrialize quickly with hefty amounts of investment,
Struggling Lotus Gets Stay in the UK Money(Nov 26, 2013)China adopted Japan's model of Asian development which Korea also had adopted, Japan crashed in 1990 and still hasn't fully recovered, south korea's collapse happened in 97-98. Economic numbers don't lie.
Struggling Lotus Gets Stay in the UK Money(Nov 26, 2013)China's economy is based on unsustainable growth, and with the one child policy, who's going to pay for the older generation. I don't see what appears to be their never ending money supply lasting forever.
