The base Giulia is still well-equipped and gets the same powerful 280-hp engine as all other models in the range. It looks a bit more conservative with smaller 17-inch alloy wheels, but these can be upgraded to larger wheels. Inside, the seats are covered in leather and both front chairs have ten-way power-adjustment, including four-way lumbar support and a memory system for the driver’s seat. An eight-speaker audio system is standard, but you can upgrade to a ten-speaker system for an additional cost. Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto are among the available infotainment features, while a wireless charging pad is available. While blind-spot assist is available and a rearview camera with dynamic guidelines is fitted, this base model misses out on optional driver aids like lane keep assist, driver attention alert and traffic sign recognition.
