At the time of writing, the less powerful 40 models weren't on sale yet, so we can only confirm packages and pricing for the 45 variants.
The options list is not particularly extensive this year. Premium models can be equipped with the Convenience Package, which is priced at $1,400 and includes keyless start, stop, and entry, a hands-free tailgate, an upgraded alarm system, the LED interior lighting package, a memory function for the driver's seat, and SiriusXM All Access. The Black Optic Sport Package goes for $1,700 and includes black roof rails, high-gloss black exterior elements, and sport front seats with S embossing and contrast stitching.
Premium Plus models get the good stuff, with an available Technology Package for $2,700, which will add Audi's Virtual Cockpit (including a 12.3-inch LCD digital instrument cluster), a larger 10.1-inch infotainment display with navigation, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, traffic sign recognition, and a top-end Sonos sound system.
All Audi Q3 models can get rear passenger side airbags for $350.
