2023 Q4 e-tron Exterior
EVs no longer represent a foreign, newfangled means of transportation, and it's perhaps for this reason that the exterior of the Audi Q4 e-tron isn't anything too extreme. Rather, the automaker has come up with an attractive crossover shape with a smattering of modern touches that set it apart from the gas-powered Q3 and Q5.
The unique take on the Audi Singleframe grille in front makes this instantly recognizable as an Audi, and the full LED headlights on the base model have a modern, simple look. From the side view, the Q4 has standard 19-inch alloy wheels, subtle aluminum roof rails, and muscular rear fenders. At the rear, there is a slim light bar that links the high-tech taillight clusters, set above a neatly integrated bumper.
Even the base trim comes with a panoramic sunroof, while upper trims add animation for the headlights and taillights, Matrix-design LED headlights, and a headlight washer system. The 50 Premium can be upgraded with the Black Optic Package's blacked-out exterior elements and 20-inch bi-color wheels.

Dimensions
The dimensions of the Audi Q4 e-tron make it a little smaller than the Q5, but not quite small enough to be considered a subcompact car. The length of the Q4 e-tron works out to 180.7 inches, stretched over a 108.7-inch wheelbase. Width is 83 inches with the mirrors and 73.4 inches without, while the height is 64.7 inches.
Despite fairly compact dimensions, the Q4 e-tron is rather heavy - as are the majority of EVs. It starts at a curb weight of 4,674 pounds for the 40 variant and goes up to 4,861 lbs for the 50 dual-motor model.

Exterior Colors
For a car aimed at the younger half of Audi's demographic, it's a bit of a shame that the exterior colors for the 2023 Audi Q4 e-tron are so limited. Only Navarra Blue Metallic at $595 has a bit of flair, but Pebble Gray, Glacier White Metallic ($595), and Mythos Black Metallic ($595) are all a lot more somber.
The Black Optic Package on dual-motor models removes the silver exterior trim and replaces it will black items, including around the grille and for the roof rails.
