Three trim levels make up the Audi S5 range, spanning from Premium to Prestige, with Premium Plus in the middle. A turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 engine is the driving force behind the S5 and it is mated to an eight-speed automatic gearbox. The S5 comes standard equipped with all-wheel-drive.
All three trims do well with their lists of standard features and at a base level, the Premium includes push-button start, three-zone climate control, and a leather-clad steering wheel. The front seats are 12-way power-adjustable, heated and they offer a massage function. The Premium Plus adds wireless charging to the list of standard features, and a driver’s seat memory function. Infotainment is impressive from the base level, and the Premium boasts a 10.1-inch touchscreen that enables Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as well as HD Radio. The Premium Plus adds Virtual Cockpit Plus and Sirius XM, while the Prestige adds an upgraded sound system, navigation, and a head-up display, as well as a 20-speaker sound system in place of the default ten-speaker setup. Standard safety features include frontal collision warning and pedestrian monitoring, while higher trims get access to rear cross-traffic alert and a top-view camera system.
