The TTS is bookended by the TT and TTRS, which means you get a happy medium between a daily coupe and a full-on performance car, and the TTS is a pleasurable drive. We wish there could be a manual option for the compact Audi, and some more safety features but when the TTS is looked at as a big picture, it’s fine indeed as a mid-level performance coupe. Its shared DNA with the Golf 7R and the R8 makes for a lot of fun if you can overlook the absentees on the features list. The standard features can be lived with though, and include Audi’s Virtual Cockpit, 12-way power-adjustable heated front seats that are leather-clad and wireless charging.
