Three trim levels comprise the Continental GT Convertible range for 2021: the Continental GT Convertible, Continental GT V8 Convertible, and Continental GT Mulliner Convertible. As the name suggests, the V8 naturally comes with a V8 engine, while the GT Convertible is powered by a burly W12. The Mulliner offers a choice of either powertrain. Regardless of the motor, an eight-speed automatic transmission rows the gears and directs outputs to all four wheels.
Riding on 20-, 21-, or 22-inch wheels, all models come outfitted with full LED exterior lighting and a power-retractable roof. The cabin is dressed in plush leather and trimmed in wood, metal, or piano black, but a vast number of configurations and veneers are on offer. When the top is up, dual-zone automatic climate control keeps the interior temperate, while available 20-way power heated front seats make sure those up front are kept in optimal comfort. Conveniences include keyless entry and ignition, while the safety suite comprises a rearview camera, front and rear parking sensors, and blind-spot monitoring.
Available specification packages can be optioned on to add ventilated front seats with massage functions, as well as lane assist, rear cross-traffic alert, a surround-view camera, and a head-up display.
