The M240i has everything already fitted to the 230i, but adds the 382-hp 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine for a big performance upgrade over the four-cylinder. Other hardware changes include an M Sport rear differential, variable Sport steering system, adaptive M suspension, and M Sport brakes with blue calipers. Its wheels are upgraded to M double-spoke 19-inch alloys and it gets an aerodynamic body kit and a rear spoiler, while its mirror caps and grille are finished in Cerium Grey. The rest of its features are mostly the same as the lower trim, except for a few additions; these are adjustable multi-color ambient interior lighting, Comfort Access keyless entry, and a power moonroof.
