BMW has managed to keep the 8 Series Gran Coupe looking sleek despite its additional doors and bigger rear end. The 840i and 840i xDrive come standard with an attractive set of 19-inch M Double-spoke Orbit Grey wheels wrapped in all-season run-flat tires, power-folding and heated side mirrors, a power tailgate, a panoramic moonroof, an illuminated kidney grille, and sporty Shadowline exterior trimmings in the front and rear.
The more serious BMW M850i xDrive's exterior is fitted with a set of 20-inch M light-alloy Double-spoke bi-color wheels. All models come with a power trunk lid, Laserlight LED headlights and auto high beams. The 840i models are offered with an optional M Sport Professional Package, which adds black M Sport brake calipers, darkened M Shadowline lights, and a black kidney grille.
