There are no feature differences between the sDrive30i and the xDrive version, but mechanically there are some adjustments made. The xDrive features standard all-wheel drive, which is always a better option for those dealing with adverse weather conditions. The downside is a slightly heftier curb weight and a higher starting price, but fortunately, there are no penalties at the pumps. Additionally, the xDrive30s gets access to the Dynamic Handling Package, which adds M Sport brakes, dynamic damper control, and variable steering.
