There are two models in the X4 range. The xDrive28i is the entry-level model with a 240 hp turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. It’s bigger brother is the M40i with a 355 hp 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine, also connected to an eight-speed auto transmission. They both come in all-wheel-drive only. Standard features on the xDrive28i include dual-zone climate control, a universal garage door opener, adaptive headlights, imitation leather upholstery, eight-way power-adjustable front seats, sunroof, and a power liftgate. It also has a 6.5-inch display with iDrive, Bluetooth connectivity, and nine speakers. The M40i gets Nevada leather upholstery, adaptive suspension, keyless entry and ignition, and ten-way power-adjustable seats. It also comes with the M package included, which adds aerodynamic exterior kit, an M steering wheel, M Sports seats, and boasts a higher top speed.
