The cabin of the Zevo 600 gets straight to business. This isn't a space curated to provide maximum comfort but one that provides good ergonomics and functionality. If you're a GM fan, then you'll notice that BrightDrop has been picking parts out of the GM bin for this van; the steering wheel comes straight off of a Chevrolet Silverado, the instrument cluster is off of a Chevy Bolt, and the GMC Yukon donates its infotainment display. All buttons are clearly laid out and labeled and left of the steering wheel, there's a cupholder integrated into the dashtop. This cabin has clearly been designed to make delivery workers' lives easier while on the job. There are slabs of plain plastic everywhere, but it's functional and there is a big curved assist handle on the passenger side to grab onto while embarking.
The Zevo 600 will seat two occupants and offers tons of passenger space, so even the tallest can do their job without stopping for leg stretches every few hours. The driver gets a six-way manually adjustable bucket seat with a two-position headrest and the passenger a jump seat. Optional extras include a heated driver's seat. Thanks to a raised seating position and massive windows, visibility is excellent.

Utility is the name of the game here. All the Zevo 600's materials feel hard-wearing and solid, and with a parts bin that includes bits and pieces from across the GM lineup, you're assured of the expected GM quality. The Zevo 600 sports black cloth seats and a black/dark gray dashboard. It might be utilitarian in nature, but build quality seems solid and the dashboard made to last.
The Zevo 600 is a serious delivery van with tons of cargo space on offer and was named in reference to its cargo volume. Behind the seats, you get a grand total of 619 cubic feet of space, which dwarfs the Ford e-Transit's 487.3 cubes. The C5F Zevo 600 can handle payloads of up to 1,450 lbs and the C7E, up to 2,440 lbs. The cargo area has an internal length of 168.8 inches, a wall-to-wall width of 83.68 inches, a width between wheel housings of 53.53 inches, and an internal cargo area height of 82 inches. The curbside door opening width is 36.5 inches. The cargo area can be configured with an array of racks and cargo holding accessories and will eventually end up catering to a wide range of applications, including cold storage and mobile workshops. Inside the cabin, the Zevo 600 features a storage bin in the upper instrument panel on the driver's side, an enormous one on the passenger side, and with additional storage in the lower floor on the curbside. Two cup holders are also standard. There is additional overhead in the overhead console. When the Zevo 400 finally shows face, it will come with around 400 cubic feet of cargo space, making it perfect for small businesses on the go.

Cargo vans of old usually came with a seat, a steering wheel, and, if you're lucky, a radio and some air-conditioning. The Zevo 600 changes all that with a massive list (for a van) of standard features. The cabin of this electric van features a standard driver-information center with a 12.3-inch color screen, interior LED lighting, single-zone automatic climate control, a manually tilting and telescoping steering column, a digital compass, a Wi-Fi hotspot, push-button start, a 12-volt power outlet, and remote keyless entry. The driver assistance suite is just as impressive and includes forward-collision alert with automatic emergency braking and pedestrian detection, blind-zone steering assist, cruise control, a following-distance indicator, lane-keep assist, LED reflective windshield collision alert, and a pedestrian safety signal. Optional extras include adaptive cruise control and an HD surround-vision camera system.
As if the Zevo 600 isn't already the Bentley of vans, its infotainment system impresses just as much and will keep the average delivery driver jamming for hours on end. The standard 13.4-inch infotainment display is massive and offers crisp graphics and an easy-to-use layout. The system also includes AM/FM stereo, Bluetooth streaming, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay capability, advanced voice recognition, personalized profiles for infotainment, and vehicle settings. The Zevo 600 also includes two USB ports and a two-speaker audio system.
